  1. Just got the same message from her
  2. Beginning to feel like there is a comparison between City's goalkeepers and Spinal Tap's drummers. I wonder what the record is for the most goalkeepers used by a team in one season? Apologies if that question has been asked before.
  3. Working in X-Ray and MRI departments, I have bumped into a few ex City players. Due to the reasons for them being there, I try to leave them alone as they have more important stuff going on in their lives than dealing with my inane chatter, but have to say that Alan Dicks is a nice guy and Jon Economu was really friendly and more than happy to chat about old times. He made his debut in the first City match I attended.
  4. Fans have moaned about the game since the day it was invented. The only difference now is that with the advancements in technology, complaints reach a wider audience. I remember my brother telling me about when he went to watch Joe Royle's debut for City against Boro, where he scored 4 goals. As he left the ground, he was bemused at the two fans walking in front of him, who complained nonstop about the one chance that JR missed!
  5. Why is Vyner on the bench if he is ineligeble?
  6. Nobody looked happy wearing the clothing in those pictures. I'm sure it was some sort of Zoolander pose they were perfecting. I would have a similar look on my face but that would only be due to how much I had to pay for my jacket.
  7. Also, the glass fronted building by the corner flag along the touchline. Anyone in there must feel very safe, I mean, it's not like there's a chance a ball shaped object could hit any of that glass....
  8. I thought he went a while not playing for us before he left
  9. If only he had a friend, he could have worn the other one....
  10. He will probably add Lemonheigh if and when he gets a big money move to a premiership club....
  11. A real shame they did. If England had scored one more goal I would have won £1000.....
  12. RIP Ray. Taken far too soon.
  13. I think we have had more than one bright spot this season.
