I work in IT myself and I've always said that when thing's go tits up it's actually a really good opportunity to show how good we really are. Thing's do happen that are random or out of your control but it's how you respond that can enhance or ruin your reputation.

Some of it might of been Internet related. Card readers, phones, RTV would all depend on this to work properly. They certainly should have a disaster recovery/contingency plan for the technology issues. Don't think turning Downsy off and on again would work though!

I was genuinely torn on if to contact them to give the money back but after today and their own incompetence, i think i'm going to take the free ride for as long as it works.

After last weeks mess, the club got in touch in the week and instead of refunding me what they worked out to be the cost of one game on the season pass (£3.75) they refunded me the full £140. Pass still works but surely they can't refund me anything else and perhaps they've just decided it's going to be like this for the rest of the season so just go the full refund out the way! Glad i didn't try to give them the money back now. Utter shambles.

Just remembered another one i played a fair bit. LMA Manager by the great Codemasters on the PS1 around 99/2000. Pretty good for a console based management sim.

Yesterday they have refunded me the full £140 for the season pass! When i check my subs, I'm still showing as subscribed for the season. Not sure what to do now. Do i contact them back and explain or just go with it? I try to avoid the illegal streams when possible and as i don't often get to attend games i like to contribute something to the club as a supporter, i'm happy to pay for it. Guess i'll find out if i do still have an active pass when i try and stream tomorrows game. They really have made a pigs ear of this.
