  1. Watch her go! Such a great personality too. Cool as you like.
  2. I do love a @Never to the dark side post. Often informative but just as likely to be from left field. Keep it up mate. There is clearly an obsession with the Norman Wisdom/Blackburn connection though
  3. First caller on RB "Barton was the wrong appointment, should of brought in Holloway"
  4. Deserved that. Been all over them this half.
  5. I dunno, he's doing quite well there. I thought Antoine had loosened those locks for a nice fluffy mullet first time i saw that.
  6. I do remember walking past one evening only to see a chair half sticking through one of the windows! The one time i was there and it kicked off, it did all start around the pool tables involving a large group of guys, could well of been the 'Pompey incident'. I did not hang around long enough to find out .
  7. I grew up in Horfield just a few streets away from The 'Felly'. It certainly had a reputation in the local area. I only used to pop in for a pint once in a while, usually in the day time for a game of pool etc as the one time i was there on a Saturday evening, it kicked right off. Much preferred a crawl down the Glos Rd. As far as i remember it was owned by our ex-director Ernie Arathoon and his mate Pongo(Steve?) along with a couple of other pubs in the Lockleaze area. Could be a bit of a troublesome place but you certainly did not mess about on Pongo and Ernie's watch! Perhaps it was m
  8. I hear you. He was very good yesterday but not MOTM for me, others may disagree of course. Horses for courses. Plenty of options available for this week. I wouldn't be surprised either way, in or out.
  9. 75% passing accuracy based on Dave's stats. As for Wed, well Pearson said about bringing young players in and out of the team at the right time. If he doesn't start Wed, it's not down to yesterday's performance, he was effective in the role asked if him IMO.
  10. Clearly needs time to develop in other areas, but he has the frame, strength and pace for top flight football. Another bright prospect.

    Kasey Palmer

Tidy, worked hard and was as much a part of a good result as others.
  12. 2nd one looks like a butcher's apron.
  13. Unsurprisingly, he has now taken up a coaching role with WBA's academy. https://www.wba.co.uk/news/brunty-returns-home-hawthorns Good luck to him.
  14. He nearly went full ostrich there! On a similar note, well the opposite i suppose, anyone seen this from the post match press conf for Juve v Porto? https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/av/football/56346261 Nobody there via zoom to ask any quesitons, not even the Portugese press. Can only assume there must of been some incredibly convenient technical problems after a fantastic result for Porto.
  15. Agree, he's effectively been neutered these last couple of seasons. Bright young player. By all means coach his all round game but encourage the natural, instinctive stuff. Hopefully he gets chances under NP.
  16. You'll probably be limited to 2nd hand for that budget. Perhaps look for something that is good for editing from a few years back and chuck a few quid at more RAM and an SSD if it doesn't already have one.
  17. I'd like to see him involved a bit further up the pitch. He's definitely got skill on the ball and is quite sharp with his short, give and go passing. A goal would do him the world of good.
  18. Well it seems he has God's ear, popped over for a chat in his back yard apparently... "I spoke to the Lord yesterday in the garden and I was blaming things from Saturday and saying “why can’t this or that be better?” When he spoke to me he said you’ve got to find a solution, you’ve got to find a way out of this." Sounds like you're on your own though Joey!
  19. That's done Gerrard's chances of being next in line as Liverpool boss no harm at all. Klopp seems at his limit but surely too soon for SG?
  20. It's a soft goal. No single individual to blame there. Quite a few moments in that short build up where we could of done more.

    BT Sport

I only have access to the app on my phone but that lets you rewind as long as the program is still on.
