  1. £3 million tops. Personally would keep him and let his contract run down. It will cost that to replace him, with transfer fee, wages, agent fees
  2. As Graham C has pointed out, you can do that anytime. Just chose a seat in another stand and buy that instead of renewing your current seat.
  3. What happens when the young hungry players aren't quite good enough and you've let go of your experienced players ?
  4. Nor me. Really haven't enjoyed it since before Christmas. 4 hour round trip, getting home at either 7.30 pm or midnight. Will still go to a few games home and away. Also interested to see how the new tv schedule pans out. Our first home game will be televised so will watch with interest.
  5. Thought Manning said that he had scouted him extensively. Unfortunately the work experience analyst is still Head Coach.
  6. I think the booing has been directed more at the management and board than the players.
  7. Smash the poor teams. You mean like beating Plymouth 4-1 when Pearson (basket case) was manager. You must have been hiding behind the sofa that night.
  8. Actually 3 wins and 2 draws.
  9. And yet after the first few games next season people will be on here moaning about how dull the football is. (That's what you signed up for remember). Not you personally MM. I'm going to wait and see. Yes, I will lose my seat in the SS but I honestly can't take any more of the tedious football being played. Will still pick a few away games to go to, as I do enjoy a weekend away. If the boring football is gone or the perpetrator of it, I will probably get a half season ticket.
  10. Might have beaten them on pens at their place. Even more magical for the 7000 or so away fans.
  11. Good decision. I've always thought the tie should be decided on the day. Home advantage should be just that.
  12. Don't get too excited but Manning will be pitting his tactical nous against the mighty Aldershot.
  13. James seen in a better light. A year or so ago people ( no podcasts being mentioned) kept banging on that his legs had gone. Another good solid season finally appreciated by the majority of the fanbase and even praise from 'that' podcast.
  14. Roberts looked good at Cheltenham pre season tbf.
  15. 54 years for me and I can honestly say this is the dullest football I have ever witnessed in all that time.
  16. Tbf Evertons takeover is only taking so long because 777 haven't actually got the funds to do the deal.
  17. Don't worry he'll scrape enough 0-0's and sneaky 1-0's after sending the opposition into some sort of coma with all the sideways and backwards passing.
  18. Add that to the never before used words on OTIB. May never be seen again. Well done Ivorguy.
  19. Exactly. I'm well past last chance saloon territory.
  20. Not if we'd played shite since October. The more balanced people on here would be saying that it would be a good time to change manager.
  21. Is that good or bad, numbers wise. I have no idea
  22. I'm pretty sure we bought him to be an upgrade on Tanner and to play RB in a back four. LM seems to prefer playing him as a RWB which clearly doesn't suit him.
  23. That's exactly the point being made. The women should have their own show, then we wouldn't have a shortened programme for the men's team.
  24. Anyone else remember seeing them on Top of the Pops. Combine Harvester, iirc.
