  1. Ok so I think I was a bit wrong with the seasons and the sizing - will post all pics here as I have just got back to Bristol. Please see this link for pics, I will confirm size after, some are L not XL https://imgur.com/a/UckENAS
  2. https://www.bcfc.co.uk/news/niclas-eliasson-joins-nîmes-olympique/
  3. Feel a bit sad if he does go, feel he has the skill to be a premier league player but we just can't fit him anywhere
  4. Stoke have still the spine of a team that once played in the premier league and then from that have the players that believe they are better than what they actually are (some of which are still on prem wages). These are the Butland, Martins-Indi, Bauer, Ndiaye, Etebo. They are a lot better than what they used to be in this regard. They used to have a team of players in the championship on crazy money. Mccneil has sorted a lot of that out and I think even Butland and Shawcross are pretty good eggs. Compare the 19/20 team to now and you can see that a lot of the bad influences are gone. Pro
  5. Makes you think the quality of Livingston's squad if a player who last played in Thailand 2 years ago who then had a year off and got declined after a trial at league two Cheltenham has signed. Wish him the best of luck though, a proper cult hero
  6. Fair play, seems to not fit into any real formation. Wouldn't get a look in at Villa either. Think this is a sensible move for his career
  7. Freeman hattrick, put your house on it
  8. I'm never too confident with Bentley in goal, in fact I thought Nicki played better a lot of the time
  9. some more, have to do them in chunks
  10. New database release with all city players
  11. Weird to think that for years we've said that the inflation in football can't keep going on and something will crash it, didn't expect half the football league to go down with it when it finally came though
  12. I think once this is all over and done with which tbh I don't see happening til about 2023, the majority of L1 and L2 clubs will be looking at folding. Exceptions will be Salford City, Forest Green, Portsmouth, Sunderland, Ipswich etc.
  13. thats what I mean, I fully think we will probably beat Forest and co. It's more when we play Wycombe at the end of december that i envision the 13 game losing streak happening
  14. I refuse to get my hopes up until January. We know how this goes every single year
  15. Have a load of city shirts across different era's that I'm trying to shift. Mostly in fatty sizes anywhere from XL-XXL. I am not 100% sure if this is the entire list but I will confirm this in about 2 weeks once I am back in Bristol with photos. If anyone's interested I can provide a list. Currently I think it's something like this, photos will come when I'm back in Bristol: 2000/2001 home shirt (admiral) XL £25 2001/2002 home shirt XL £25 2003/2004 home shirt XL £25 2002/2003 away? shirt (yellow) XL BEADLE on the back - £10 2018-19 home shirt with EISA
  16. Thought I'd put a thread together like last year about FIFA 21. Same game, new year, same 50 quid you'll part with for a game you'll be forever dissapointed with.
  17. I don't think we should overexaggerate, we've played a newly promoted Coventry, newly promoted Northampton with the majority of their best players sold off to championship teams and an underperforming Stoke, the latter of which where the entire dressing room is rotten with players on inflated premier league wages still for the most part. At the time it seemed like a very poor appointment. Give it 10-12 games and then judge. I am more than willing to eat humble pie if we are still playing well then. I am happy Tyreeq and Taylor Moore are playing in the first team though. Think those two an
  18. Done his job, could easily start at a lower championship or League one team.. or even just join a prem team as third keeper. Beat of luck to him and shame city didn't say anything
  19. You won't be seeing any fans in stadiums until at least Autumn 2021. Not in any real number anyway.
  20. Once took a girl out who told me in no uncertain terms that "all men are rapists". Then told me she was part of the Bristol University feminist society. Date lasted about an hour of her talking about her self and what she does in thissociety. Never spoke to her ever again
  21. Glad to hear he's playing better, thought he probably shouldn't have been in the team last year at all but seems like his football IQ has got better and he's bulked up a bit. Him and Bakinson could be ones to watch
  22. Think there are going to be many more sadly
  23. Part of me thinks it's due to the youth in the area. In the north you have so many teams and so many young players that have trained at a good level in Yorkshire, Manchester, Liverpool etc (Depends on where you cut off the north). This means the general player pool of great players is much wider and players that may not make it at Man Utd could go and play for a team like Everton or Huddersfield or Newcastle etc. I think that's one part of it and the other part is probably just the working class northern areas have always been more football oriented compared to the south.
