  1. They dont know how much money LJ has had available to him and how much time he had. 3rd longest serving manager in the EFL says it all. Lets see those fans give a manager four years of promise to then utter capitulation year on year.
  2. As long as he makes Lansdown money he ain't going any time soon. And if by miracle he does go, hes got his mate Macca there to pick up the pieces. Edit. Change that to Deano
  3. Okay thats two cases. Blackburn still said no to selling Dack for 8 figures. This sell at all costs for value does not set the right precedent for the club. How are our players meant to take this "project" seriously when they know they're going at the first sight of Lansdown sniffing dollar bills to cover his costs. I would want something to believe in but if I'm a player and I know my teammates are all going to jump ship every year to earn better money at other clubs. Why would I care? The players dont buy in to LJ because they dont have to buy in.
  4. Pretty sure Blackburn didnt sell Dack to WBA in the summer. Forest refused to sell Lolley to Villa in the summer and January. Derby kept Bogle when he was linked with Prem moves. Millwall kept Jed Wallace, Birmingham kept Bellingham until recently. And im sure ive missed some, those are just off the top of my head. As much as i believe sustainability is a good thing for our club. The OP has a point. We dont need to sell EVERY single best performing player in our squad every window. Show some ambition. How can this club progress to the next step if the players
  5. Arousal levels weren't high enough. We weren't cosmic. Plenty of box entries.
  6. He says Cardiff stole the points! Stole!! Like they were ours to begin with? Yeah you can hear that Taylor really cares doesn't he. I suppose thats one positive.
  7. The commentary in Robins TV is awful. Said cardiff haven't had a sniff and that we are controlling the game? What are they watching? Games been stop start and we've barely had a chance.
  8. Weimann is absolute litter. Footballing brain or headless chicken? I know which one I think he is.
  9. I personally think hes overrated here. There is certainly talent but if he and all the management teams hes worked under (Blackburn, Derby and Us) can't get the most out of him then i'm not sure he will make it unless you make the whole team around him. And i dont think hes that high of a quality to make the team round one person. We aren't the QPR team who made the team around Taarabt who was levels above what Palmer can provide. A couple stepovers and a few good passes isn't enough. Consistency is key in this division and i don't think he's ever found that consistency.
  10. Every time its cut to a water break I see teams gather around their manager whilst ours mill about and chat in little groups and LJ whinges at the fourth official.
  11. Two braindead mistakes have cost us this game if we dont rob a point
  12. Stupid challenge from Weimann, hard work undone like that
  13. Killer instinct in the final third and this game is over. Get to the box and there isn't a clear enough quality ball or movement to have a proper chance. Only fear is that Forest haven't got going yet.
