Scott defo not giving it 100%. Would take him off we’re it not likely his last game for us -
Have a feeling we would move on williams at end of contract. He’s not been cost efficient due to being injury prone. James has a lot more football to offer over the next 2-3 years IMO.

Brighton is the one team who not only will pay good cash because they realise the value in a player, but they will play him, make him better and sell him for significant profit (to our benefit) when the bigger club come calling. It’s a perfect fit -
Heat map makes him look a sheff utd cb.

Sorry, missed the game today, why did mehmeti not even get on? Appreciate his decision making needs to improve but how is he going to improve if he doesn’t even play? Especially when there is rarely training due to the frequency of games. -
Not just crossing but the shambolic movement of our players when a ball is being crossed in. They all run to the same place like a moth to a flame. Where are the different angles of approach? Where is the late runner to run in to the ball that is often cut back? Our final third play is shockingly bad and the reason we rarely get a positive goal difference of 10 or more over a season. We need some real quality and intelligence injected into our attacking play.

His kicking is also abysmal for a championship level goalkeeper. Would like to see cooper from plymouth (although looks like they are going up) and been fairly impressed with Horvarth who I think is at Luton on loan

Would love to keep him but someone else will at least match his current wages so can’t see him staying

Mad in this day and age of televised football that even when there is Bugger all else on, we can’t even watch our national u-20’s team play -

Is there any stream anywhere to watch it? Struggling to find anything -
I reckon minimum 30mill with add ons and a sell on would do it. 25mill or less just doesn’t seem enough. We need to maximise the fee as these chances come around once in a blue moon. That being said, would rather he stay for one more year for a proper play off push and if we go up, he simply stays with us unless a grealish level offer comes in. We can only dream….

Passing ability, or lack thereof, is what really is holding Williams back from being a top rated championship midfielder. It’s frustrating but I’ve accepted his role is different to that of James etc. I think as soon as Naismith is back fit, we will see Williams back to the bench.

How is Ben Acey doing? Still a way off first team consideration? Was hoping he may have a similar trajectory to Scott

I don’t really want to put a negative post following a fantastic win and performance by the team but one area that does concern me is the serious inability of max when it comes to kicking a ball. Game after game on numerous occasions he kicks it straight out of play under pressure or not, which then puts us back under pressure by conceding possession. if he’s going to be our number 1 long term, he really needs to improve in this area. Am I the only one that has noticed this? Thought it was worthy of discussion.

Williams can’t pass forward for toffee but he’s our next best option in midfield with experience and an ounce of quality in that role. Unless we dropped Scott back and put weimann in at attacking midfielder
-
If he stays and we do somehow manage to get to the prem with him still around, I reckon he could fetch grealish level fees. His rise could be very quick once he is in the prem, I’m thinking England first team within a year of him being a prem footballer

How did no one else try and steal him from us if there was a fairly low release clause? One of if not the best signing of the window in the efl apparently. Very excited to see what he brings but as others have said, need to give him time to step up a level and find his feet

I wonder if Luton are going to screw us over with cornick last minute for stealing away Naismith. Should be no reason to hold this up so late
