What a fantastic interview this was - Pearson was settled here and you were starting to see that (slowly) on the pitch. Competing for promotion and achieving are two different things. However, I believe we would have been competitive if he had stayed.

Whilst I’m sure Tinnion has been providing snippets of info to IG - his continued and unshakeable defence of BT on FBC would suggest that - IG’s 8 games comment is his own. Tinnion wouldn’t be that silly….. would he?

Manning is going nowhere. We can all debate as much as we want, however in Tinnion’s recent interview, he believed everything was rosy until the defeats at QPR, Sheff Wed etc. Tinnion nor the club are reading the room, they are so far removed from the fans. To have him on the season ticket promo further confirms it.

That was some year, wasn’t it? The players, the manager, the club, the spirit and togetherness. Cotterill created a real club culture, one us fans properly bought into. Probably the only season where, if we went a goal down or it was goalless at half time, I still felt we’d win the game.

We will never have a fully fit squad, Brian. With that in mind, it was you who spoke of 3/4 signings only dependent on Scott leaving. Questions have been decent to be fair.

Not overly convinced Manning wanted him, so was incredibly surprised we rushed the transfer through. A lot of money for us on a player who doesn’t improve us - another like for liker. I hope Manning does want him as otherwise it’s a Tinnion signing.
