  1. He was the only actor, aside from Harrison Ford, to appear in the first 3 Indiana Jones films
  2. Gary Shelton lived next door to me, Terry Connor lived a few doors away too. l played against the Gas 1st team at Hambrook, when I worked at HMP, when Bobby Gould was in charge in about 1986
  3. Lee Johnson in 2007 against Southampton. Jamie McAllister and Grzegorz Rasiak were having words when LJ decided to become peacemaker by sidling up to Rasiak and elbowing him in the stomach (it was as high as he could reach) Rasiak then cuffed LJ on his head. LJ went down as though hit by Mike Tyson in his prime and stayed down (probably through embarrassment at having gone down in the first place) and getting Rasiak sent off. My mate's then 10 year old daughter exclaimed' I can't believe what Johnson just did!'
  4. The European cups were knockouts not a league formats and no international breaks wasting 4 weekends in the season
  5. It was Huddersfield and is the only thing that game'll be remembered for. It was a drab 0-0!
  6. I will be in my seat early. 2.5 hours too early for my liking!
  7. John Palmer was the worst I can remember. The best (most naturally gifted) was Jackie. Whether he was the best ever for City is another matter!
  8. I have it on good authority, from a Hungarian speaker, that his name is pronounced Nodge as in dodge
  9. Looks to me like a dislocated ankle. Fibia and tibia probably broken too and possible ligament damage. Same injury as George Elokobi had. I did the same thing and was playing cricket 5 months later
  10. Social media and Post are indicating we have signed Kalas. Anyone able to confirm this?
  11. The Community game is Hallen on 7th July. As the community games are to help the smaller local clubs with some additional funds would the Gas be eligible to apply?
  12. 14 consecutive wins in 1905/06 is a club record, a figure only equalled by Man U & Reading since and was only bettered by Man City a couple of years ago. So Lj has a long way to go to better that.
  13. I was told by a mate who had a conversation with a former VERY high ranking club employee that Hunt's legs had gone and was no longer able to compete. He was also the one the one to whom Colin Sextone was alluding when he said the club had not done proper homework. That's not to say Hunt didn't have mental health issues as well.
