  1. If anyone's going to Stoke on NY and got a spare ticket for sale, i'll gladly take it off your hands. Was hoping it was pay on the day personally.
  2. Anyone know if its sold out or if I can just roll up today and get a ticket there? Cheeeeers.
  3. Gotta beat these in the first instance, what a miserable place Huddersfield is, or at least lose so we can focus on the league
  4. My missus said the same thing. Probably time I saw a doc.
  5. This stuff always hurts my brain. Up here in Stoke, we just know "hoof, smash! Ugh goal! Headbutt ref!" None of this technical percentage stuff.
  6. Gonna get even worse next year... 3% increase on fares with certain operators. £19.80 return (£18.80 with £1 booking fee) with Nat Express on the day, leaving at 11:20 getting there for 13:30. Coming back.. 19:00 depart and arrival at good ol' Brizzle for 20:50. Looks like the absolute cheapest option available regarding public transport for folks in Bristol.
  7. Something has got to change, and I feel like change -is- upcoming. When, who knows. But it'll happen. Surely. At least in the next 10 years perhaps?
  8. I've decided to not attend as many Saturday games this season either, as i'm absolute disgusted.. with my 4 on 4 off night shifts.
  9. "Gosh, she couldn't fall flat on her face if she tried, could she ay?"
  10. For now... though I wouldn't really class 4 losses on the trot and a (just about) win against relegation strugglers Ipswich "pretty good" from where i'm sitting.
  11. Fleetwood for a night out in good ol' Blackpool.
  12. Amen, brother. Amen. COYR
  13. We absolutely deserved that win tonight. Played against an in-form team, with bags and bags of talent vying for a repeat of Leicester's antics that other season ago. We absolutely outclassed them in every single way and if we carry on playing like we did tonight with our lord and saviour Lee Johnson behind the helm, there's no reason why in 5 years time we can't be playing the greats such as Barcelona, Real Madrid and Juventus. Can't thank him enough.
  14. My memories of that day was being stuck at work, having paid £10 for the livestream and the sodding thing didn't work on my phone. Probably for a reason.
  15. I think LJ's switched his tactics this year. Rather than have a really bad run at the end of the season, just do absolute bollocks in the first half and smash the rest of the season out. In LJ we trust.
  16. Who knows, this could be the game that sets us off on a ten match winning streak. And as for actually wanting your own team to lose... come on man. Really? I'm expecting an LJ out thread from you if we win.
  17. Hey, I always like taking souvenirs from my jollys when I get the chance.
  18. Vale fans are in uproar because they were selling tickets for the Railway Paddock (Home end) to excess Stoke supporters. Bit like if we were away to the Gas, and they were boycotting the match and we took seats in their home end. However, those sales were pulled and it looks like Stoke are just now being given the away end. 4k+ Stoke fans, and about 2000 Vale fans as the majority are boycotting it due to the tournament and playing U21 sides. The only reason those fans are going is because it's a local derby and there's guaranteed a punch up and due to the last time the played each other was in
  19. Would do pal but it's the getting back that's the issue! I don't drive. Probably for the best.
  20. Never been to Ipswich before. Do I want to?
  21. Good example of this was Leeds away last season. Not really an incident but when Leeds went 2-0 down, their fans started singing that Champions of Europe song from years back. Fired up the team and the game ended up in a draw.
