  1. Hello I wanted to update you personally about a change to my role. As some of you are already aware, during last season and during this pre-season I have taken on the responsibility of player logistics for the first team, including away travel operations for all domestic fixtures. This role has now been formalised with me being appointed as Head of Player Logistics, effective immediately. This means that I will have to relinquish the Supporter Liaison Officer position but I have been working behind the scenes with Ryan Corrigan, who will head up the liaison with our fans. Ryan has been with the business for a year heading up Supporter Services and some of you may have already spoken to him. Ryan has worked closely with me and the BCFC management team and understands that our Supporters should be at the heart of everything we do operationally. There will be some advancements in supporter liaison services next season, specifically for City fans, particularly on match day and social media. I will be introducing Ryan to key groups over the coming weeks and he is keen to open channels of communication. He can be contacted at slo@bcfc.co.uk Finally, I also wanted to thank you for all your support during my time as SLO, it has been a pleasure meeting many of you and I value the relationships we have created. I’m thrilled to be moving into this new role but I’m still here and no doubt will see you at games in the future. COYR Matt
  2. There should be one going up before the start of the season @elhombrecito
  3. No but I’ll speak to them this evening
  4. Hello, I would recommend arriving at IMG at 9:30am. When you get to the main gates campus security will be able to advise the location of the session. Everything should be done by midday. At the end of the session there will be the opportunity to get autographs/photos and the manager will also take part in the Q&A. See you on Monday.
  5. Hi @AshtonPark I've just spoken to the academy and they are confirming the fixtures, as soon as they are set they will pass over to the media team who will put them on the website for all fans to see. Matt
  6. Im not sure, Ill ask the media team.
  7. @Silvio Dante You will have to create a second Bristol Sport Club Account for your child in order to get access to the £35 Rewards cash start-up balance Each supporter’s balance is unique and therefore each require separate accounts Alternatively you can contact Supporter Services and they can adjust the balance by moving this over to the your account @CyderInACan you need to ensure you have created a Bristol Sport Club Account and then linked this account to you existing supporter I.D (from your ticketing account). you can follow this guide to complete this: https://www.bristol-sport.co.uk/about/guide-to-bristol-sport-club-accounts/ Once complete you just need to navigate to the online store and you should be able to see your £35 credit
  8. Morning, Im going to have to ask the retail/marketing teams and ill come back to you once I find out. Matt
  9. Hi @Unan @Mr Popodopolous et al We’ve spoken to Stream AMG (BCTV’s live streaming partner) and confirmed that unless a direct debit is cancelled these do continue to run. We have agreed with Stream AMG : If fans are happy to keep their direct debit running, then the two months debited in June and July will roll forward to cover August and September and then kick back in for October Alternatively, fans can email bristolcitytvsupport@streamamg.com and ask for a refund for any end of season months that they’ve been debited for – but they will then have to re-subscribe at the start of the season and set up a new direct debit once again. Hope that helps answer the above questions. Matt
  10. Quick update. This has been raised internally and am waiting for a response while this gets investigated by the team who manages this. As soon as I hear anything I will post on this thread. Matt
  11. Thanks for highlighting this. I will pass it onto the correct department for you and will look to get a response from them. Matt
  12. Hi all A beam back would be considered if all of the away tickets were sold and Hull City agreed to it as you require home teams permission. Matt
  13. I have been told the radar locks have been ordered but due to the lead time will not be installed by tomorrow as they have not arrived as yet. They will be installed by our next home game. As soon as they are installed ill ask for a communication to go out to drive awareness. Matt
  14. Hi all, Just a holding note to let you know I have seen this and trying to see what Ashton Gate can do to improve this ahead of the weekend. As soon as I get any updates I will revert back. Matt
  15. Hi there, yes that's correct. No kids prices as Hull operate a zonal ticketing system.
