There was this one time, I was going to do something. But in the end, I didn’t.

I’m at the point where I actively want Semenyo and Scott to leave asap. The club needs to turn a profit next year to satisfy FFP, so we need to get some income now. Both are good players but neither are fundamentally crucial to us at the moment. Semenyo is very hit and miss. Long periods of not being able to control the ball, long periods of absence with injury and then an occasional unplayable streak. Scott will be very good. But at the moment he’s still developing and could be classed right now as just ‘good’. He’s still very inconsistent at the moment so I don’t believe either player is absolutely crucial to our survival. With significant transfer fees we can stave off the ffp issue and still have a fair bit to reinvest in the squad. We could easily bring in 4 players of decent championship quality and not miss either of these 2. In an ideal world we’d see Scott develop here, but we need the money now and I believe we can make the squad better with the money. That’s if you trust our recruitment!

Are there parking restrictions on Sundays in the area? Opens up more opportunities. Otherwise I might have to scout about the ginnels again. More importantly - are there any chicken joints in the area open on Sundays? I’ve bought one of these now - just in case the bone-dumper is still at large.

New Year and a lovely clean, clear, chicken-free windscreen.

I’d only washed the car last week, on the 22nd, so it didn’t need another one. Thus it’s an outlay I wouldn’t have had to make. Although in fairness, I usually go for Wash 3 at £4.50 but I thought since someone else will have to cough up I went for Wash 5 with the extra wheel wash and wax protection. If the perp comes forward with a sincere apology, I guess I’ll reduce the cost to the normal £4.50. But that’s conditional, on the level of sincerity displayed.

Oi. Don’t come on here and ruin my thread. You’re making yourself look guilty. Were you parked on Drake Road last night behind a black Audi and you awoke this morning with your hands smelling of rancid chicken?
