I do think a team is a reflection of their manager. Under LJ we were a small team often technically good but equally often bullied against the big teams. Under Pearson we are much more aggressive and physical and whilst we may be more direct I actually find it much more pleasing on the eye than the constant sidewards passes we were subjected to

This view was affirmed further by his decision to pick Martin over Wells. Nagy is unfortunately a more cultured, diminutive type of player.
