  1. I agree about the malaise of our players, no urgency, particularly Etheridge who has been woeful. Smithies is better but Warnock dropped him. As for atmosphere at the Lego stadium, it was decent last year and got us through games to win many games at home, likewise in the promotion year too. I’m sure you recall Neil’s first game for us? Beating you lot 2-1 was it? Losing his last one v you too....crazy stuff. My point being, it wasn’t so subdued first game. But something has gone, we needed a change. we made over 200 million from Sky alone in the last 18 months, I hear we are almost debt free now. Tan wants to concentrate on youth also I hope with bellers comments last week in the Times ringing in his ears no doubt. I hope to god this is true as Bellamys youth won their league. If we turn to Flynn at Newport I’ll be gutted as it will be more if the same drivel.
  2. Very nicely put....I couldn’t have put it better myself. I love the thing about his deflective tactics, I heard it about two years ago when he did a charity night in a pub.....guys a genius
  3. You don’t like Holloway? Proper Bristolian isn’t he?
  4. No way....maybe Plymouth but he won’t go far from Cornwall now
  5. Ha ha.....rightio I actually like listening to him rant on on talkshiiite but not for us. id rather bellamy, houghton or even Nathan Jones who I believe is ok just unlucky at sjoke
  6. I know, we all love to give him grief, we did before he was here! Partic when he was at qpr. He’s such a nice guy though when you meet him. Hope he enjoys his retirement
  7. You lot seem to be enjoying this. He’s a dying breed is sir Neil, another nail in the coffin of football as we once knew it. it was time for him to go mind, like I said the other day, something has gone in him this season and it was last year that did it. big decision for Tan, historically he’s got more wrong than right......
  8. That’s a weird board, never really seen it but heard of it’s existence. Started by someone who had a beef with the moderators of the main Cardiff site, ccmb, kept getting banned etc....wouldn’t believe rumours on it.
  9. Had a feeling it was coming. Couldn’t make the game but heard it was even ish? It’s a good feeling to win this game so enjoy it folks. A few months ago I started a post about you lot going up, whatever, it’s going to be pretty open in the top 8/10.
  10. He is decent but he’s 70 now and I think last season has taken its toll on him, a constant battle “against the system” and the death of Sala, he’s not the same as 2 years ago. I think the players haven’t the same drive either, only 6 months ago we played Man Utd off the park and win at old Trafford, we still have most of that team bar bobby Reid who obv doesn’t want to play the Warnock way in the championship. We played some decent stuff with camarasa and Murphy, when Neil chose him, which wasn't very often, last bobby Reid. Some weird decisions......anyway, I could see it coming today, enjoy the day. Season over for us
  11. By some miracle. We’ve been shiiite all season. Warnock should have stood aside end of last season. Reckon we will finish about 16th. What an amazing waste of a season and the parachute cash. A decent manager would have kept bobby and got Murphy firing, both had talent wasted by Neil.
  12. Reckon you lot will nick it today. Ralls is out I hear. Sunday morning, always a shocking time to play and we are usually terrible in sky. At least Morrison is out for us...a small blessing....
  13. Ccmb is a good forum that’s been going since about 1998, the owner had to change the server to stop loonies posting all the time it was the 2nd busiest in the uk after one of Arsenal’s. .Annis has one also which will be marmite to many.
