Manning learning on the job comment was quite interesting ,I'm not completely sure that's going to go down too well if its believed he has ambitions ,has his own style and so on. If he's listening to that it's not probably done him much good regardless of what we think of him. I'm thinking he may become a scapegoat for the ones above him at some point as is business unfortunately. For me if I was in tinnions position I'd be trying to bang up some sort of enthusiasm after Sunday, I was glad of the points but empty spaces and the atmosphere showed some pretty obvious disconnects , im in the them and us for the foreseeable

It's one we had to grind out tbh so result over performance . There's a player in anais for me and I'll stick with him as squad wise there isn't anything else quite like him and I could see at end he'd put an awful lot into it. A couple of 1 nil wins wouldn't do us any harm at the moment.

Cam was struggling late on and probably should've been subbed imo,I'm disappointed with sykes effort for the 3rd one and that pissed me off ,you've got to put yoir body on the line and block what you can in that position not wait and watch for a shot . You could see the effect it had. Its now a bit of a worry when we go behind as our reaction over a period of time hasnt been brilliant, tactically or mentally . Need to get ahead against Swansea stay ahead and fight the bastard out till the end ,its that big for me.

Never felt so angry about a gane more than today to be honest .wtf are we now ? It's got to a stage when it's pitting fans against players . Well not quite sure what's happened here ,that was bad make no mistake but I wouldn't blame individuals ,it was collectively poor . What were we set up to Do tonight ? If things aren't going your way you just put all you can into it but some just weren't and it rubbed off. Really odd and atmosphere as well.

Imo it didn't feel like a team looking to consolidate or get near that top 6 today which really disappointed me . If we wanted something badly and it was obvious in the 2nd it wasnt happening then surely you get the thinking caps on and Start looking at what you can Do to change things up ,go on th attack ,risk more ,but we didn't. I wouldn't kill them over it ,been a fan since 1979 and those who can ,can prob remember far worse . And for me a note for Conway, don't get down mate your time will come .it was awful to watch the long hit today to him and expectations of him trying to come out with something , there was some height in that back line .

Well done lads , great performances across the pitch today , probably shut down a good few blue noses after winning the Portsmouth cup....for me sykesy ,mehmeti and knight shone COYR

He's got the basics of a decent solid full back imo ,puts in a good block and Has got a decent stong tackle on him ,yes there are bits missing but with decent coaching you could see a player there who could end up banging in a lot of appearances . I sit in the south and tbh there are some people pretty negative about him most weeks so you can't please everyone I suppose .

There's ability in there mixed with a little bit of self doubt at moment a run of starts would do him the world of good imo,hopefully he gets a go again against Hull.

Engaged well with the fans during corners ,i like him , there's more to come from him and I hope we get him on a perm . Knight I thought was also brilliant today

One thing with eustace he'll be wary of how f*****g fickle boards are . Its difficult to get a grip of exactly what's happening here to be fair. As far as I'm concerned **** bristol sport we were here before you and I'm sure we will be here after you as well .

Some home games rolling in so we address the elephant in the room there, regardless of our thoughts on who should manage things can turn suddenly good as they do bad , looking up the table there will be a few looking over their shoulders I'm sure .please please please let's have some home form at last !

We need the new manager bounce imo ,there's been some great and honest posts on here and in all fairness it could be the wrong decision but we are drowning a bit now with having no faith in one another no matter what role we have at the club ie fan ,boss ,owner ,player and so on. We should know what you get with nigel pearson by now,the blokes not fluffy and doesn't have all the right answers but I've posted a bit before about excitement, enthusiasm and So on and it's not here anymore . The younger ones have been sucked into it now which worries me ,kids always play with enthusiasm and ours ain't, stats don't lie also. I look at Dean Smith tonight and feel he's another on his way .

Not really sure what to make of today really ,I've said on a previous post I'm not sure the tactics given to the team were followed through although I could be wrong but any of us who have kicked a ball or love the game would've realised to stop ramming aerial balls down souttars throat a lot earlier than what happened today ,I want to see enthusiasm and a bit of endeavour in our home games, ffs it's what we pay for isn't it? I've got a family season ticket in the South and even the kids can see something isn't right, especially when you go back to school full with the obligatory crowing bluenoses. think behind the scenes it just ain't right ,playing people out of position to make a point I get to an extent but it just doesn't last. It might just be the beginnings of a bit of a protracted end for nigel . I see on here opinions on who would you get in etc but with current interest in our football club somewhat lagging imo upstairs I would say who wants it ?
