  1. Just got 16 tickets, fair play to the guy that does the group bookings. Took off all the BS fees and done a membership for the 2 under 19s instead of a ticket (then they used there free ticket) helpful chap. Aparantly not opening the Atyeo regardless. I like to stand and can never get tickets in the new rail seats so that was disappointing. They have reduced the price of the side of the dolman it seems. 20,003 is my guess
  2. Financial effect of covid means league 2 is a basket case. Any one's for the taking. But yeah I wouldn't have said rovers. Mate of mine is a swindle fan and thinks there going to win it, I've not yet stopped laughing.
  3. I'm expecting a big turnout. 1st game since Fulham. Can also see Blackpool bringing a few.
  4. Proper out of season thread this. Love it
  5. Plenty saying they paid between £100 and £200 to stewards to get in at the gates. Add the others that didn't even fancy paying a guy off to get in. If this wasn't at reduced capacity already due to covid, I fear something bad could have happened. I can't believe this wasn't anticipated. It's really not hard to police a modern venue like Wembley. Simply shouldn't be a chance of getting in without a ticket. Next time there will be more chancers on the back of these guys success.
  6. Don't care how we do it, just do it. Big game for Southgate who has done a brilliant job so far. He's said he intends on being hard to beat and this is a lesson from years gone by. So basically the last thing that should happen tonight is a defensive mistake costing us the game. I predict penalty shootout. 1-1 then England, obviously. A high press worked very well against Germany for Hungary, that doesn't really work with Kane. And boo to 5 pm !
  7. I didn't intend or foresee the division and heated comments. I did post drunk (something I'll try not to do again ) I've taken some relevent views on board but I would still sing it personally. I guess I just don't like the banning approach to something that is a bit of a tradition for me (England away and 10 GB's) Each to there own I guess, can get a bit silly on here at times. Topic is locked hence new post!
  8. I personally don't rate him. Is output is poor for the effort he puts in. (At least when I've seen him)
  9. Such a nice guy. Sorry if my post offended you enough to call me an idiot. Smart jibe man, wish I was as cleaver as you !
  10. England fans signing this at Wembley are going to be banned. My view, sod that! Sing it louder than ever. Lest we forget! This is a reminder of a horrible war but why try and erase history. Make sure it never happens again by remembering. For those who say it's political, its not. It's a matter of fact. There were German bombers, the RAF did shoot them down. This isn't a view or opinion.
  11. Scotlands going home, there going home..... As it stands
  12. Greenpeace adding to this over politicised euro's. Perhaps something less dangerous next time guys? Football has to distance itself form politics!
  13. I was at QPR for 'that' goal. He clearly had talent, was just an arse. His best years were in a city shirt. Shame he had to p all over that
  14. Sorry, merge , I did look . I do feel for Sunderland fans but also they don't seem to get league 1. It's hard for any team to get out of. You can't just spend money. I thought play-offs where about right for them. It's a tombola at that point.
  15. Can't see him being manager at Sunderland next season. https://twitter.com/secondtierpod/status/1396214506062295042?s=20
  16. should get more coverage. horrible. RIP54. so sad, im sure there all watching the games still !
  17. Barnsley to lose 1-0 to Brentford in the final. got to be some good odds on that !
  18. RIP little guy. I hope the family gets some peace form somewhere the brightest star in the sky.
  19. Next season is going to be a very strong champ. this season was a right shocker, fortunately the points we got from that good start saved us. just 6 draws all season (lowest in the league) tells me we don't compete in every game, were either up for it or not. good luck NP. hell of a job on his hands. on to next one, COYR
  20. Was listening to it on RB tonight. Sounded like we were looking for a draw. Not good enough when playing Wycombe. It just isn't. Person has got to be given at the very least untill Christmas before he can be judged properly. Squad overhaul in the summer and settling in of new players. If he gets it all right, I expect a 10th to 6th place finish (I believe that's where we are as a club, and I'm happy with that) If he gets it wrong, he will be gone. dog fight until end of next season. I'm thankful he's here, realistically he's the best we could hope for right now. Just hope he gets it right. Coyr
