I am hoping the small parts of this thread i have read are true, our Joe is coming home. Him and Korey were responsible for one of my best memories as a city fan and he was always a nice bloke when I bumped into him. Hopefully he comes back. Can play in front of Pring as well and left wb if nige wanted to play cam left of a back 3. Makes sense if his money isnt too high. Just watched the goal again, goosebumps

Probably just missed the boat here but did we ever figure out how much that deal cost city? Remember it being mooted to be around 8m but assume that would have included various add ons etc

He is better than no one in place of Antoine, we essentially replaced Antione with Mehmeti & Cornick. Hes been here a matter of weeks, give him a chance.

Not sure of all the hate of Palmer, I havent heard the stuff from behind the scenes if hes a bad egg or not, met him once in Bath and he seemed very pleasent. We as a club have never given him the run of games, or the style of football to suit him, everytime I saw him it was obvious to me he was really trying to do the off the ball stuff. His best run of form was when we had a style and shape to suit him then Afobe got injured. Not sure it can all be based on the player and im sure we will see much improvement at his next club if they actually give him a run of games to get himself fit etc. Shame, I like his game but as a club we seem to train out any flair and excitement these days, certainly under previous regimes.
