  1. Who cares that Plymouth board appointed totally the wrong man who lasted three months, they can write a good letter and that’s what matters.
  2. Excellent result, well done Liam Manning and the players.
  3. I work for a company based in Leicester, their fans are hoping for a rout tomorrow for Nige. They’ve enjoyed watching it all go to shit under Manning. I think there’s probably not so many left on the playing side with links to Nige so that sentiment is likely to be confined mainly to the away end.
  4. Given the the recent form of Middlesbrough and Southampton, that has taken some of the shine of those pair of wins. When you also consider the run we were on before that and what’s happened since the bloke has to be under pressure. If we limp to the end of the season like this he simply has to go.
  5. To early for this conversation I think. No doubt things are becoming a concern though. Next 3 games, back him and the team, see how that goes. There has to be a reaction now though.
  6. I’d normally say give it to the end of the season but on the evidence of the last two games he isn’t going to make it that far. Weve just lost back to back against clubs on the relegation zone. That is unacceptable and alarming from any manager.
  7. In this league I’m sure we will have many frustrating days still to come, but for a while now Ive been liking lots of bits of what I see, and thinking if the good things could all be strung together it could be pretty good. Turns out it is pretty good! Credit to Manning and his team for what they are doing since they came in has to be given. Here we are, up till Saturday no wins since Boxing Day and now 4pts of 6th.
  8. Well that’s a line up that’s gonna test my love for the beautiful game.
  9. Andi is one of my favourite players ever to play for is. I wish him all the best, for all his years here one of our best and most committed players.
  10. You want him to succeed yet chose to start this thread and brand him a yes man?
  11. He’s probably worried about being sold to Bournemouth.
  12. Herta

    He’s gone.

Just off the plane home and my phone buzzes with the news. Absolutely ridiculous, an appalling decision. Watch them give it to Flemming.
  13. Can’t see him going anywhere
  14. Herta

    Selling.

I am not sold on this idea I am afraid.
  15. I have two step daughters. This man walking free is a stain on our country, our morals and the message we choose to send to young men everywhere.
  16. Of course things could get a lot worse for Everton if it turns out Usmanov is involved as the Guardian are reporting today.
  17. Gold doesn’t even taste like cider anymore, it’s just a weak watery sweet pint of piss water. Thatchers being the cider at the ground is the worst part of a match day. It’s just vile cheap crap.
  18. If he does as much for Cardiff as he did for us I think we’d still be left with no regrets about letting him go. That really says it all I think. I’ve always thought there was a player in there, still might be but I just don’t care, it wasn’t going to happen here and that’s been clear for years.
  19. Cardiff are bad, but those vile shit rags are far, far worse. A blight on our society on my view.
  20. Great result. Also so pleased for Jay getting a goal today. Who cares if he meant it!
  21. I like to give people a chance so forgave your wrongness on Fam and Simpson’s wages. sadly I only got as far as the bit about refusing to play Palmer and I’m out too. We can’t expect NP to ignore the fact Palmer is shit and play him because of his wage packet…. What are you on about??
  22. TK and TK looked good together tonight.
  23. Gould was clear as day in saying we want Pearson back. He wasn’t as clear about Pearson wanting to come back. That’s not what I expected to hear, good questions from Twentyman.
  24. A good mate is a Swansea fan so let’s just say it started with Korey and continues with Pato. They are doing a great job there. Walsh we should not miss. Salt in the wound is them getting a chance to find out what Palmer is shit before paying us a fee.
  25. He got months to try the job before taking it permanently. While he retains my support it’s utterly ludicrous this idea that he didn’t know what he was getting into and feeling sorry for him is just weird.
