Sorry to hear about the issues. Can you confirm the exact location you were waiting for the bus? First Bus’ vehicle trackers show an AG1 departed at 1254 and the 1pm (final departure) appears to have been in-situ however departed without passengers. We’ll take all the information to First Bus and try to find out why yourself and the other waiting fans weren’t able to locate or board the bus. Thanks Jerry
