  1. Well well well after nearly 6weeks now messrs Ashton and Lansdown have confirmed what we have all suspected for quite a while now they cud not run an egg and spoon race!!! As a pair you have failed miserably to deliver the missing piece of the jigsaw that has been clearly evident to take us over the line!!!! The appointment of the assistant manager of the manager who between them cud not motivate the players and played a brand of football that was robotic and quite frankly un watchable has completely deflated everyone that comes through the turnstiles and pays your wages.!!! wor
  2. Absolute ******* joke no ambition no understanding no empathy with the fans no idea complete pantomime and complete farce from the start of this process to looks like what will be the finish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  3. Yes it’s the usual bullshit we never get the manager the fans and the club craves for Johnson,McInnis,O’Driscoll the list goes on it’s become an absolute pantomime for gods sake Lansdown,Ashton etc show some balls and some ambition!!!!!!!!!
  4. Please mr lansdown don’t go for a young up and coming prospect to get us out of the mire to get a team promoted you need at least 3 players that have played in the league you are aiming to hit and it’s the same as the manager you have to go for a been there and done it FULL STOP !!! Your choice of a rugby coach has been spot on don’t short change us football fans that are loyal to the cause
  5. That’s because he can’t man manage!!!! He’s basically formed a team to play like he did pretty tit tat football with no physical impact and no cutting edge he’s formed a team of 5a side players that struggle under his coaching inabilities to cope with the rigours of 11a side football .Get rid now mr Lansdown he’s taking the mick and the players are not performing for him!!!
  6. I’m afraid to say it’s obvious the players are not performing for LJ like his father before him he knows just how to upset the apple cart in the changing room. They both father and son are hell bent on playing players out of position which doesn’t work and it’s time mr lansdown you put us all out of our misery and appoint a manager who doesn’t over think things doesn’t try and turn every midfielder into a clone of Marlon Pack and can get players to run thru a brick wall for the cause
  7. Yes I’m afraid I was at trumpton on that lovely sunny evening I would have to concede that the city players completely froze on this occasion I remember rob Newman and glen humphries looking up to the city fans behind the goal and looking absolutely petrified and someone shouted it’s alright for you ...........s you don’t have to go to work with them tomorrow!!!!!!! On this night the gas wanted it more than the city players but one thing both sets of fans were unanimous on was “we all agree roger malone is a W.............R!!!!!!!!
  8. I would just like to share my condolences on the very very sad news about the passing of the footballing legend that was the great Norman Hunter. Norman(bites your legs Hunter) was without a shadow of a doubt one of the if not ‘THE’ greatest player I have ever witnessed playing in a city shirt and this was in the days of the reds competing in the English top tier league division 1. To sum up this icon I once had the pleasure of being present at a football presentation night where Terry Cooper yet another ex Leeds and City legend was guest speaker and at the time the then city manager
