robins tv not working, anyone got a link?

I might be being really thick here, just a warning. I'm trying to purchase 2 tickets to Reading, one for myself which is easy enough, and one for my son who has been to games with me but the system has changed since, when he logs on there is no ID found anywhere (which is what I need to buy an u18s ticket for someone else on my account), with membership how can I either find his ID or buy tickets with our memberships another way? cheers in advance

Very early for this kind of thing, but made purely out of my own interest in seeing people's opinions.

My kid's games were cancelled 3 weeks before the government made a move. Surely the government understand how crowded Championship games are. Whereas some junior league has the sense to cancel when only 40 or so people turn up to watch? Madness
