  1. Ha ha ha ha ha ha what is this!! I am cringing so much right now. What a club.
  2. I find it a bit tragic that the club self-glorifies in basically being a feeder club to smaller, yet more successful, ambitious and well run clubs, rather than wanting to actually achieve anything here and now. Emperors Clothes nonsense.
  3. Excellent post and said much better than me.
  4. I thought this. It was like they collectively broke rank. Not sustainable though to do this. What a mess.
  5. We have actually appointed an android haven’t we?
  6. Its a low bar if we are looking for someone with more charisma and energy than Liam Manning. I would go with Andy King, Don King, King Charles; anyone right now to be honest just to feel excited again. Its painful.
  7. No issues. All City aren’t we.
  8. Very welcome. Hope that helped a bit even though I feel slightly patronised. Have a great weekend.
  9. I might need longer to explain it than I have this evening. I will get back to you. It starts with things being done very poorly by clueless people who do not achieve much, and then goes to things being done with integrity and honesty, the hard way, and with purpose despite all around him, and then goes back to the start again. Thats the short version.
  10. Really? Is this a test or have you been around this club for a bit?
  11. Whats my agenda? Wanting the club I love to win football matches? Honestly…..
  12. Manning is not capable of sorting what Nigel Pearson did. Pearson changed a culture which is massively different to coaching a set of players. We have lost that. By the way, the same set of players that ran through walls for Nigel Pearson are now bickering and drifting around like strangers. No amount of time “on the grass” working on “distances” and “patterns of play” will change that.
  13. With respect, its rubbish football and you are looking for some sort of purist angle to justify the fact its just not very good. Fans gave him a shot, we are abysmal to watch. Compact, distances, blah blah. We do not score goals. We do not win points. We lost v Ipswich by the way.
  14. This is the nail on head post. The “right” appointment was Nigel Pearson. But the regime hated him. The “wrong” appointment is Liam Manning, but the regime love him and think he is the “right” appointment. In other words, we are right in it.
  15. Im sorry but much of this is nonsense. He has had loads of time “on the grass”. Including once or twice a week for 90plus minutes where we look like a pub team without the goal threat. Whats this “control” tactic you speak of? We cannot string a pass together mate. Out of possession work? By that I guess you mean chasing shadows and conceding territory and goals? Yeah we have got much better at that since Liam The Coach came in. Terrible appointment, never felt right and never will.
  16. This club has been dining out on the Man Utd win whilst massively getting it wrong since mind.
  17. Stop going. Stop buying. Its the only way. Thanks Brian.
  18. So whats everyone going to do then? Turn up every week, get excited by the odd win in three? Clap politely and be thankful for a really nice ground and a pleasant day out? Buy into our youngsters that are pushed on us like they are actually Championship ready? Laugh at some childish social media content? As a fanbase we are so tepid and passive its untrue. Its why these clowns are still in post and can afford to make these stupid decisions like the clubs core does not matter. We are part of the problem.
  19. Dont forget we secured a valuable 3 points in our relegation fight last week after being completely drab for 80% of it. Mannings Front Foot Super Reds!
  20. Can someone check in on me at half-time. This exhilarating display of front-foot attacking football is in danger of finishing me off. By the way, there must be about 10,000 only in the crowd!!
  21. You would listen uninspired and then fall-back on his glittering “been there so must know his stuff” playing career.
  22. The air of a man that thinks he knows more than all of us and we are mere observers. An over-complicator and over-thinking analyser. Does not look at league tables, does not listen to fans, does not show emotion or passion. Strikes me as a type that has almost forgotten that football is about scoring more goals than the other team and may be happy with a series of 1-0 defeats for eternity as long as “principles, behaviours, passages of play, and press-points” were adhered to in line with his coaching ethos. Coming across as pretty unrelatable and in complete conflict to what our club needed and needs right now. Unreal mis-read by our shambles of a hierarchy.
  23. All over the place and completely out of his depth.
  24. My thoughts too. Best set-piece record in the league, first corner, top scorer. Surely you are doing all you can to avoid the obvious? Thought Ng schooled him though. Joe had to fight there. How has he let him even get off the ground?
  25. Be interested on your thoughts, especially seeing as Joe was clearly designated marker of their top scorer on the corner.
