I thought so, offside player in front of max blocking his view and moves so he does not touch the ball. No surprised with how bad officials have been its not given. -

Here we go another ref making it up and guessing, even westvbrom commentators saying how soft that free kick was -
I posted on the match day thread, that some players were hiding on the pitch, if they are worried, I suspect it is more about getting it wrong and the moans and groans that come from the stands, its easy as supporters to blame everyone else without looking at our own impact

Reading - HMRC issue winding up petition
sh1t_ref_again replied to Lanterne Rouge's topic in Football Chat
where can we sign the petition -
I don't see a massive difference between LM and the nonsense most managers speak particularly when the results have not been good, the only difference is he has replaced a popular manager who was excellent at interviews, and many particularly on here have the knives our ready to over analyse and critique any thing he says in minute detail
-
To qualify they asked if he knew where Wales was and Jay replied Somerset, which they said was close enough

Semenyo is not a striker they score goals

Should have been a hat trick if Unal returns the pass to him after AS robbed the ball. Described as best players on the pitch in the second half. -
You do realise, BT could be the greatest orator going and what ever he said would be turned and used against him on here,
-
But thats the problem, the reality is no matter what he said those on here who are against BT / LM / JL /SL, will find fault and say why did he say that I thought it was a fair interview with difficult questions at a difficult time for the club. He did not have to go on, but whatever he said is going to be twisted and taken apart on here.
-
So what did you want him to say?

Awful 1st half, but the subs of Sykes and Roberts changed the game and got us a much needed 3 points, hopefully will take some of the pressure off the players and start playing with a bit of freedom again as some had started to look like they were hiding on the pitch. -

Think the ref was making up the rules as he went along, joke most of the free kicks he was giving. Not sure who's performance was worse ours or the refs (ref shaded it as he was sh1t all game, but we improved) -
He already played for Ipswich before, so guess made decision easier
-
I think that's the irony, I guessing most who think they are being funny or clever trying to make out JL is thick and stupid with the crayonboy or other comments have nowhere near the education Jon has. Not saying he is qualified or should be chairmen, but just makes those making the comments look stupid
-
You started it off with Lansclown Just all a bit boring and tiresome, particularly against someone who may not have got it all right, but has put a lot of money in to try and take us forward.
-
Not about burying heads, the difference is I can make a point or have a discussion without the schoolboy name calling, try growing up
-
I think those who come out with these type of comments think they are being clever and funny, and crave the adulation of everyone liking the comments, when in reality most sensible fans just think they are immature idiots

Ted Lasso would be perfect, so similar to some of our managers (if you do not know who he is, you will need either Apple TV or an IPTV account)

Ref was poor all night playing to the ipswich fans, sure he will be invited to have a bottle or red with Ashton to celebrate -

Shame about the result from a very good performance. Burns made all the difference Very soft free kick for their 2nd Looked like cam got the ball for the pen, in the build up one of our players was dragged back and stopped getting to the ball, but ref ignored. Those trying to big up ipswich saying they could have had more, but fail to mention nakki miss or Mehmeti great effort. Those using that ipswich made changes and we did not react, seem to have forgot Conway and Skyes combined for our 2nd, but also look at the players ipswich were able to get in January. Maybe Roberts on would have been good, but maybe not -

Joke if a ref gave a nothing foul for the equaliser then totally ignored our player being pulled out the way in the build up to the penalty which cam got a touch on -

Players have minor Injuries and niggles all the time they have to manage, just trying to make an issue about something for the sake of it
