Yeh we had don this already It appears that the error has been sorted but someone had already bought the seat next to me and my brother in law, and there's no seats around us My nephew's devasted, the seat was available to buy but their stupid system wouldn't let us, we've got a seat behind us but he's on his own Anything we can do @JerrySLO?
Hi I'm trying to help My nephew is trying to buy a specific seat as a new subscriber, we've set his account up and everything he should have been able to buy a season ticket from 10am online this morning Unfortunately the system appears to be down and it won't let him buy one, it says sales limited to 0 subscriber per person, I'm doing my best to hold the seat for him I've tried to buy it on my account (current season card holder) and it sales sales limited to one season card per subscriber The phone lines aren't open, we've emailed about it, not sure what else to do, or if anyone's aware at the club of this error. Email sent to all of them, absolutely fuming, told them a few home truths!! something needs to be done Saturday that's for sure and will back whatever needs to be done to save our season and get LJ out!!
