  1. Considering the form of both teams, we look good for a cheeky win here. We've scored more than any team in the last 10 games, 10 more than Hull. Third best in the league on form over last 5 games and full of attacking flair. I'm confident enough to predict a 3-1 victory today.
  2. Look who posted it originally, a City fan.
  3. And he loves a good pout at the end of everything he says... If you haven't noticed, I'm sure you will from now on.
  4. I've just found myself losing interest in boxing by watching so many higher profile fights with little excitement. Then in contrast, whenever I watch UFC fights, it is much more entertaining and both opponents give their all. Maybe I'll keep my eye out for more boxing events and hopefully see something of more quality and entertainment value....
  5. To be fair, I'd sooner watch UFC than boxing nowadays. Boxing is often anti-climatic. Gone are the good days of Lennox Lewis, Eubank, Prince Naseem etc...
  6. Well I never. Wasnt a classic, but Fury did a professional job and despite not looking 'well trained' (trim), he didn't struggle during the later stages. As mentioned, this should shake up the weight division a bit.
  7. Would it be a surprise if he's already told his pals when he plans on knocking out that gobby bloke Tyson?! Doubt it. I expect a bit of cat and mouse tonight.
  8. Which round will it be? I predict Fury KO'd in the 4th round. Or will they go the distance?
  9. I think it's scandalous when I see posts like the above. <quotes games, goals and league position to judge the individual player> Can you quote me Luke Freeman's before he signed for us. Or shall I do it for you? Maybe we shouldn't have signed him because if his games/goals/club finishing position?! What do you think?
  10. I haven't discredited Murphy's abilities. Though it was mentioned prior that he'd be a good back up player. That's what I originally addressed. If he's good enough to displace Freeman then he'd be worth attempting to sign. I don't know how good this guy is?!
  11. It's more about ensuring that if we sign another 'number 10' player, they need to push/pip freeman for a place in the line up. Not about buying backup players.
  12. As a "decent" or "back up for Freeman", why would he be worth signing? We want to ADD quality, not sign back up players If he's worth signing, then Keith Burt must be sure he can do more than 'just a job' for us.
