Gutting.
A tad.

I was a stoppage time goal away from winning over £13k from a £1 bet back when Yeovil made it to the Championship on the open day of the season.
Even had them to beat Millwall away and they did.
The stoppage time goal came from a Leeds equaliser if I remember correctly. This was checked while walking back to my car after watching City and I don’t think cash out was an option, hence why I didn’t check in-game.
It was a 14 game accumulator!

Revisited Old India on Saturday night with my Mrs. and won't be going back.
Chaos.
Waste of time booking as they let people in booking or not so had to wait 20 minutes to get a table. Parties of 4 going in with no booking in front of us.
Food was ok, but had a half bottle of wine left and already paid the bill when they asked if we'd mind leaving as they had people waiting for a table. I said we'll finish the wine thanks, he said they have outside tables or we can take the drinks downstairs. Bloody cheek.
Anyway we'd had enough of the noise, so we took our glasses downstairs - only to be told that it is an independent bar totally separate to the restaurant upstairs. But the fella let us finish our drinks at a table, saying he's told them not to do this before.
We won't be returning and they'll get a negative review from us on trip advisor.
Food is ok, nothing more, but it is chaotic with dreadful service.
Check out Haveli the Yard.

https://goo.gl/maps/Nn6wZ4zhY9j5Skhz7I loved it in there. Great food, drinks selection (including those on tap) and service.
Located on Upper Maudlin St opposite the BRI.
Free parking nearby too on Lower Park Row.- 1

WHAT IF... this is all just a conspiracy and we're playing an absolute masterclass because we need the money from shirt sales now so it fits in a season earlier for FFP?
No.

Perhaps an indication of the additional stuff we may see, as per Wycombe’s range:

Apart from scoring more goals over 90 - 120 minutes, or the winning penalty in a shoot-out, what are our tactics against one of the world's best teams?
Press, press, and press again?
Sit in, and hope for the best?
Kick them off the pitch and hope that the officials lose the power of sight?
Release a new kit?
Ha, yea, right. If only. Then we’d have a chance.

Can’t wait to buy the socks x

Quarteira. About 25 mins from Faro airport.
Going there a second year in a row with my other half and our 5 year old son. Great water park nearby and a marina with loads of bars and restaurants everywhere.
Loads of beaches. Waters may be a tad cold beyond August though!

Maybe if you hold out and wait for sales before the end of the season, you’ll be able to use the points to get further money off.
Oh wait, that would make sense.
Oh wait, there’s **** all stock in the shop already.
Oh. Just “oh”.
I feel like my loyalty is well rewarded.

Check this thread:
Was completely written off almost 2 years ago to the day. He did have a spell where he didn’t look that interested, though there’s always factors behind individual performances. Out of position probably didn’t help. Out wide in a 442 at one point IIRC.
Made I larff: “quite possibly one of the very worst buys in our history.”

He's always been bitter after not being a regular in the promotion squad.
Remember his tweet from a few years back after beating us
"I love football"
And if my memory serves me right, wasn't he involved in getting a City player sent off a few years back too?
Total knob.

Let’s not forget the increase of player value (assets), the successful use of the academy, lowering the wage bill and giving us competitive football (results or not) all with a smaller squad.
Name a better person for the job.

Will be visiting at some point as the other half loves cheese. Looks a good menu to be fair.

Depends how you define deadwood. For me it’s someone who you would want to shift but cannot. I think if the opportunity Dasilva off the wage bill last summer was there then the club/NP would have taken it.
I think it’s just healthy competition for the spot. We need that in all positions. Don’t think his wages are much of a problem.
Bentley, Wells and Kalas would be the bigger earners I suspect. One gone, one reduced his wages and the other will be gone (most likely end of the season, but we may be surprised(!)).
Chris Martin leaving soon or end of the season as well, so it seems fine moving forward as you can add HNM & Klose.
Plus I would imagine all of the above mentioned would/would’ve higher wages.
-
Dasilva is not deadwood.
He just cannot get into the team due to form; mainly that of Pring.

Where my partner lives near Pontypridd we went into her local, The Upper Boat Inn, for a meal and drink. Couple of weeks later got a fine for £80. Didn't keep receipts etc so didn't challenge it. When we went there again we went through another entrance and there was a machine to input car reg number. Unfortunately, the other entrance doesn't have this. I wonder if those businesses in cahoots with the parking companies deliberately do this so the parking companies actually make money from those legitimately using the business they are innocently visiting and gracing with their custom. It's all wrong.
Parking firms operating as money making schemes? I’ll have some of what you’re having!

Maenpaa Has got to be up there with the best goalies we’ve had even in the last 20 years. Shame it was quite a brief stint.

Haveli the Yard opposite the BRI
Tried it last week. Great menu, great curry.
Some good offerings on tap too.
The lamb was superb.
Give it a whirl!

Go to Cam Butchers.
Not in Bristol, but close enough still for many.
Tried a few locally and they just cannot be beaten.
If you do need to travel, just take a cool box or picnic box to keep products chilled/frozen.
They’re award winning.

Still no clue how a dying battery in the key can make the alarm go off mind!!
Communication loop as such. All fobs are coded these days and send/receive info.

It can also be a split door seal. Car alarms tend to work on ‘air movement’ and a split door seal can set this off.
However if you’d like an auto-electrician, then you can get in touch with Diagnostic Dave. His name isn’t Dave by the way!

Or you can use a reputable garage found on this website:

Outstanding, as were Pring, Williams & James.
Excellent effort to make them look so ordinary.
King did a sterling job, too.
King played in a back three, not as a forward
-
He did well indeed.
But hats off to Vyner and Pring too. They supported him very well and were often tracking behind him in case he was beaten in the air.
They also kept an eye on anything behind the lines.
King complimented the play nonetheless.

Probably the worst stuff since TFG were the kit provider.
