Just discovered this thread. I’ve been running for thirty plus years but never to a great standard. These days I’m chuffed to get under 60 mins for a 10k and 28 for 5k. Running is now on hold as I’m in the “shielding” category for the current crisis, having had a kidney transplant (courtesy of my wonderful wife) in 2013. I’ve ordered a turbo trainer for my bike which will hopefully partially fulfill my cardiovascular fitness. ?
