Lee Johnson was given 4 + years. Hardly a comparison. -

I’d imagine whoever it is is perfectly clear about his views tonight. Or would you rather he hung players out to dry in public individually? -

Wonder who he is referring to at the end. -

We are all narced about the home record but it will come. We have fighting spirit otherwise we wouldn’t have won at Peterborough, Cardiff and QPR. We are just a bit ****** players wise at the moment. This season was always going to suck a bit as a result. But we have people in charge who know what they are doing and I have confidence that given time they will build a decent team. Meanwhile as long as we remain away from the relegation zone this season I don’t care whether the points come at home or away. But a home win would be very nice and I reckon itll come v Barnsley. -

But my point was in response to someone saying we don’t have any fight or resolve. So I didn’t get what you were referring to? -

So you would rather be bottom 3 but have a win at home? Ok fella. -

Cardiff? Peterborough? QPR? Plenty of fight there. We’re mid table with no money to spend. Don’t understand what people expect this season. -

We’ve got no money to spend and are having to deal with Ashton and Johnson’s profligate spending. What did you expect this season? -

Well **** me sideways…… -
It has to be possible for the away fans and home fans to be in the same stand. I can think of many teams who take this approach - Wolves have lower tier for away fans and upper tier for home fans. Forest the same. Newcastle, Swansea, Spurs, all have home and away fans in the same stands divided by tiers. And I think your rationale for doing it ie getting our younger fans closer to the pitch and more engaged whilst moving the away fans away from the goal is the most positive one there is. Would also actually move away fans nearer the South Stand which would naturally improve the atmosphere as well as we would at least be able to engage. Club really need to think about this I think - it’s ok wanting to just appeal to a certain demographic who they think do not want any edge at all, but whenever I’ve taken non fans it’s the atmosphere that always hooks people in. Lose that atmosphere and you lose a massive reason for going - whatever social strata you are!
-
You can use the yesterday’s Swansea Cardiff game as an example with both sets of fans practically on top of each other. If they can do it surely anyone can and no trouble reported as far as I can see.
-
I’d say the atmosphere was 10 times as good when we had the old Williams and East End either side of the away fans. Would depend who we were playing still but was just so much better on the whole. Obviously there is no going back but like @Red Army 75said if they can do it at Swansea v Cardiff then surely it’s not impossible to at least get some home fans in the Atyeo if not elsewhere.

100%. Gave up that argument long ago though unfortunately. For reasons unbeknownst to anyone they have to stay at full flare at AG when even Wembley doesn’t have their on during the game.

Absolutely shocking statistics. I cannot believe that people stick up for him so strongly. He’s a symptom of our performances over the last few years - weak. Hopefully someone will come in for him in January, but cannot see who would. Maybe over the bridge at Cardiff or Swansea as they seem to like having our ex players.

Triggered? About you? Don’t delude yourself ‘robin’. Just replying to your ‘opinionated’ view as it’s bullshit. As per….
-
Would you rather we had a lower home average? Bizarre argument.
-
Wtf are you on about? Seriously you make no sense at all
-
You don’t half talk a load of shite. No one on here is claiming any of the items you have listed in your post. Your post is verging on the hysterical (not in a funny way to be clear). Why do you feel the need to make things up? Would it not be more helpful to people on both sides to simply just engage in a grown up discussion as opposed to spouting your utter nonsense?

Not going to say your thinking is wrong at all. But I think that the events of the last 5 years have divided this country for at least a generation and that division is seen most keenly across all mediums of social media, including this forum. The division is here to stay for the foreseeable and imho will only get worse in the short to medium term as it seems to be affecting most facets of everyday life.
