  1. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Genuine-Bristol-City-FC-Eastend-Seats-from-Ashton-Gate/202317398878
  2. I've collection of 18 of classic comics from my youth to sell. All in decent nick considering their age. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/202063224715?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649
  3. I'm selling some City player stickers bought from Beryl in the club shop circa 1990/91 season. All in good condition with backing a still attached. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/202063197641?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649
  4. I was hoping to attend this as these things are generally good value, but was able to at the last minute. From what people have said it sounds encouraging that the club has a direction and of course we will need to stick to this plan in the long term for it to be a success regardless of who is the manager. It is also encouraging that a few people who attended have perhaps slightly altered their view on the current management structure after giving them a chance to explain the thought process behind the scenes. Less surprisingly the people who are very anti the current set up not only didn't take the chance to attend and ask searching questions but insist on belittling those that seemed impressed with what they heard to further their agenda. .
  5. Permanent or the trial as mooted by the Suporters club twitter page?
  6. Okay I can see that. Fair enough, it just seems a shame that in real terms we as fans aren't getting anything extra from it, in fact less for more money.
  7. So we get the same content as the iFollow service (bar the use of the app) for the same money. So why have we gone it alone? I can only assume the club makes a slightly better margin on it but like the manufacturing of our own kits, the supporters dont seem to be getting anything extra. Ive long been an advocate of the City player service as I think it's been good value, but I'm wondering now if it's better just buying a transistor radio for fraction of the price?
  8. Great deal for the exiles but for those of us in the UK it strikes me as being dearer than before but without the replay of whole games 48 hours later and use of the app. Am i missing something?
  9. So that's why Tomlin threw his hissy fit a few weeks back.
  10. i haven't been on this thread for a while so just had a bit of a catch up over the last couple of weeks and it has cheered me up no end. Not sure which is funnier, their regular faux pas or the pathetic attempts at banter by the majority of thier fans I almost feel sorry for some of their more sensible posters. and as for our fans who can't understand why so many enjoy reading this thread, then this freshers stall explains it all. How can you not take the pi55 out of this lot? Perhaps they should start a "I'm not interested in the Rovers" thread where they can converse with like minded fans?
  11. As i said on another thread, its to late in the day for anyone else to move on (bar Jimmy) imo. The squad has undergone a massive overhaul and if we have to scramble around for players to replace Pack, Flint and anyone else at this stage is detrimental. We can't risk being short of numbers and we can't risk lowering the quality of the squad. IF (and its a big if) these players aren't happy then we should agree to move them on in the upcoming windows once we have had time to identify replacements and for the squad to settle.
  12. Well the scoreline was an acceptable one and no doubt in the future we will be told how 10,000 rovers fans turned up, had the Chelsea hooligans on the run and their team battered Chelsea"s legendary team. The truth is Rovers benefitted from the bigger clubs indifference to the EFL Cup as they did against Cardiff and as Wycombe and Scunny nearly did against us. Still we are there in the chance to meet a big team again,( although i fully expect an away draw at Gillingham ). I hope the not quite sell out away crowd enjoyed their day. Now on to the glamour of Swindon, whilst we tackle Aston Villa as equals.
  13. They can't even claim that myth anymore after seeing the atmosphere for their Severnside derby recently.
  14. When you put it like that it shows just how far we have come. No wonder thier envy is overflowing at present.
