Does anyone know much about the hospitality setup at the club? Treating my old man to hospitality tickets for his birthday for the Norwich game this Saturday. Booked the tickets about a month a go and all I've had from the club is a confirmation email. No tickets, no other information. Sent an email last week which has gone unanswered. Getting through on the phone this week is next to impossible with Man City game being their priority no doubt. Any help/information greatly appreciated. Really just want to know what time we need to turn up and what the setup is.
