  1. Humphries in big trouble 3-1 down in a first to 4.
  2. Dobey wins 4-2 and there were 27 180's in the match. I think he will beat Michael Smith in the next round.
  3. Getting better and better. Dobey averaging 112 two sets to nil up on Ross Smith who is averaging 111
  4. What a 1st set between Bunting & Hempel. Going to be a great day of darts.
  5. No kept it quite restrained really. Thought he might have given it large TBF. The biggest tit on the day was Tovey on the Yate bench, non stop querying every decision. Not too sure what the financial situation is like at Yate now but if the best back up striker they can get is Jack Ball things must be bad. Hadn't heard is name on the circuit last 18 months or so but he looked a couple of stone too heavy. Oli Jenkins of Yate best player on the pitch by some distance.
  6. Just back from the 6 pointer between Paulton and Yate. Paulton won one nil in a real scrappy affair. Both teams right down at the bottom of the league and you can see why.
  7. 11 of the 32 seeds have been knocked out in the 2nd round.
  8. 3 more seeds out so far today, Huybrechts, Rydz and now Josh Rock. Next game could be another, Ryan Joyce been playing well recently, should give Bunting a game.
  9. Van den bergh, de Souza and the aubergine farmer all knocked out today.
  10. Going off on a tangent Swansea linked with Luke Williams as their new manager.
  11. Wade out beaten by Canadian Matt Campbell. Big shock as Wade's form has been good recently.
  12. Definitely by accident. He was on his way out of the club and was used as a striker in pre season as a filler as we had no one else available.
  13. Don't like it when opposition teams are playing in front of their prospective new manager / coach. Players tend to raise their game and they are in quite good form as it is. Hopefully you will be right Dave
  14. Can't see past Luke Humphries at the moment. Unbelievable form at present. As a bit of a outsider think Nathan Aspinall will go well. In the same part of draw as Humphries though.
  15. Yeah had that at Millwall once and another time at Leyton Orient many moons ago.
  16. Yeah sounds like it, used to chat to one of the guys that did it who sat at the back of the Williams stand. And yes they could become distracted, he said that the main thing from betting point of view is to suspend the betting if something major happens i.e. goal, penalty etc so won't be entirely accurate.
  17. Yeah likewise. I was 11 then and went on a coach from our area with my parents. We usually had one coach for all of the away games in the old first division but we had four for this game. I know people were struggling for coaches and every available one was snaffled up. Great day out and the last 10 mins or so of the game was like nothing seen before or since
  18. Whilst I agree to an extent LM is starting from a lot better base than NP had.
  19. And all of the original one's that joined just before NP going are no longer around. They just wheel them out to sign up new accounts when they need them.
  20. I did the same after the SL "it's my club I will do what I want" speech when LJ was on one of his losing runs. I had a season ticket for 48 years from the age of 6. Went to most away games back in the day for best part of 20 years. I too really enjoy the local non league football scene now where I know that my money is appreciated greatly. I may return to AG if and when the Lansdowns / Bristol Sport have gone but with each passing year it will get more difficult. Still watch / listen to games when I can and City will always be in my blood but I will not return until they have gone. 21. Yep decent crowd, quite a young Torquay team by the looks of things.
