  1. Darn auto-correct. I’m sure I typed Semenyo
  2. Nothing moving anywhere. They should make the Premier and Championship windows 2 weeks and then the whole month for the rest to allow quality loans to feed through. What will happen is loads of movement in last 2 days and quality players stuck in the stands in our league because there was not time to loan them out to leagues 1 and 2. Shit window that is too long !!
  3. I read the LJ article and to be honest I was ok with what he said BUT his last comment “I would be happy with my squad if you can guarantee me no more injuries” was slightly concerning. I thought he was adamant (as I think 90% of fans are) that whatever happens we must bring in a striker. I fear we won’t and at the moment whilst Fam is doing ok but missing decent chances, Wiemann is disappointing. Don’t get me started on Spunkyo - he is never making it at this level.
  4. No deal - a forum is about opinions and I don’t think it is totally biased with LJ in and LJ Out brigades. Yes there is some ridiculous posts from a few people who are at the far end of one side of the scale and both camps are equally annoying in their hate or rose tint. But most are more in the middle and make good points. Personally just to state my position - I am stuck on the fence: which is annoying but means I like reading both viewpoints. I think the football is generally boring and I see no identity and hate seeing lots of players like Brownhill, Hunt, Wiemann who are not really contributing most games but seem nailed on starters. On the flip side we are in the mix and I know from my playing days that bad form can turn round quite quickly with results and accept that LJ is trying to do a job with constraints. So difficult for me, frustration aside at times, to be 100% convinced LJ leaving is the right call. Got to say though, his interviews and Holdens bland interviews do boil my piss and I find it hard to respect either to a level where they will positively sway me to the LJ in side.
  5. I would laugh if they blow it again and end up in the play offs and we turn them over at Wembley and watch them cry like s. A guy can dream !!

    Pato

He was good and great to see but your last sentence does sum up his time here. He needs to perform 2 in 3 games not 1 in 5 and if he can he will be a great player for us going forward.
  7. I think everybody just needs to grow up a bit. Lots want better atmosphere but today sitting in my seat; which is between the singing section and the area singing lots today; I was impressed when both areas sang the same song with the increased noise one minute and then utterly bewildered when seeing w️ signs being thrown in each others direction when one area was singing a song (which to be honest I could not make out as was not loud enough at times) and the other area were singing something different. Just accept sometimes fans in different areas start songs and cannot hear other areas attempts - there is enough us and them already in this club.
  8. Wow - school holidays earlier this year? I post some immature unfunny shit but this is next level.

    Good Result

Had to laugh at commentator on Radio Bristol on the way home from game. He started with Bristol City “have won back to back games for the first time in 2020” as if it was about time !!
  10. We will live. The fact is there will be some level of fee and a salary gone. We have needed him for what - to start one game this season? Between Kalas, Baker, Williams and Moore (and hopefully some quality coming through from the U-23s if we are really desperate), we should not be retaining a 5th first team centre back as all that produces is pissed off saleable assets sat in the stands surely?
  11. Gotta go. I have no life and a wife - nothing else to be said.
  12. Same as Lee Tomlin then? We will see. The point is he may have felt at the time it was all buried that game time would increase when I am speculating it may not pan out that way.
