  1. Fought all his career and I’m sure he will beat this - best of luck to him.
  2. Stupid question maybe/probably but why not vaccinate them as a priority group? Professional football and premiership rugby are considered necessary for mental health of the nation (or at least that was the original reason why it was important to get live sport back). Surely they could vaccinate every player (not sure what happens if a player does not want it) in a couple of days? Granted there will still be a period of testing, bubbles etc. but that would reduce over weeks. I get this would be widely criticised on the priority group front but we are currently heading rapidl
  3. There is children adopted in a strictly female only convent since birth who have never seen a male who know what you mean. Unless I am off the mark and the cocktail maker has a strangely attractive opening?
  4. It always seems Ashton is colder and less sunny than other parts of South Bristol so I agree it could be a factor.
  5. Meh - not sure. Been going since early 80s so have seen the real bad times along with some good. I used to go with friends and then my daughter for 20 years now who also loves and follows the as well as City and has S/T for both. My wife and son really favour over football in general, and whilst they respect it is my biggest passion have no interest in sharing it regularly. I have enjoyed watching rugby games so we are leaning, as a family towards all 4 of us getting S/Ts for next season. Ideally if funds allow daughter and myself will do both but the bigger family pi
  6. Not really. You have to allow for statutory deductions as city charge £10 from your net pay so allowing for tax free income and NI thresholds it would be circa 20% so I would say around 44 minutes
  7. Firstly, any annual salaries quoted will include holiday entitlement so your multiplier is 52 weeks and not 48. Secondly 35 hours is not an average full time equivalent - most companies work on circa 37 as a minimum, many are still 8 hours per day I.e. 40 per week. 31.5k / 52 /37 = £16.37 ph gross

    Enjoyment

I have watched every game since football returned but did not bother Boxing Day after disappointment of going to tier 3 (after securing tickets) and did not bother tonight. Really not missing it which is, in truth, a tad upsetting as I never thought I would get to the point where I could take it or leave it.
  9. Same - so desperate to use my new magnifying glass as well
  10. Wankpuffins - that is my xmas ruined - shit and tits. Jerry - where is my £50 refund - it has been 10 minutes now FFS
  11. My latest dpd status is saying that Bristol Sport have not passed over the parcel yet (or something like that). Anybody else getting the same?
  12. Jerry is watching “Guys, Mr ref_again - get on it. Yes his initial is S. I don’t know who calls their kids that, just get them sent”
  13. Hold out hope - my daughter just got her email literally 5 mins ago so they must be working through
  14. Absolutely shite isn’t it. You would think the club may follow up their original email with latest update !?!
  15. Got tickets for Wycombe without any hassle - left it to my daughter !! Got a nice entry time of 14:15 to 14:45 so dead handy really. Buzzing - probably bored, cold and pissed off by 15:15 but hey-ho !!
