  1. Another donkey arrives at the mem.
  2. Goals win football matches. Well done lads, on a much needed win, but otherwise unremarkable performance. All with just 27% of the possession. Methinks young Manning may just have lost his ball. Onward we march (into the top six). Obviously.
  3. I applaud my fellow Reds who travel away on a regular basis, especially given recent form and the not inconsiderable cost in time, money and resilience. However, I will say that it goes some way to explaining why this level of support and loyalty has allowed those in charge to continually fall short of the targets which they themselves have publicly set, regardless of what the expectations or aspirations of the fan base might be. COYR!
  4. A crumb of comfort in general football terms, if true. If only to bring some lightheartedness to my current malaise regarding issues closer to home and heart.
  5. Here's my article (yet to be scrutinised by the Editor): "Goals Win Football Matches, Points Mean Prizes". TopSixtastic, I'm sure you'll agree!
  6. Shocking. Next..... Mid-table Jon. Mid-table son....Still.....
  7. Blimey Tone. They was the days, eh?
  8. It's the result that counts. Three points incoming my friend. Manning ball. It's all you need to know. Isn't it?.......
  9. It's all coming together. Three points incoming. We got this.
  10. This Manning ball stuff really is top six material. Yep. I'm sure of it. No, honestly, it is. It's all coming together. If it's good enough to beat West Ham? No, really.
  11. Well done lads! A win to remember for sure. And on the telly too. Nice.
  12. This is, as said previously, is good business. I hope that this becomes the rule rather than the exception. With the way that football is run financially today, shrewd work in the transfer market (coupled with a successful academy) is probably the only way for clubs like ours to progress. Credit to those involved in both deals today.
