  1. QPR's Keith Stroud - What a Thunderc.....! (NSFW)

Lino was shoved by a QPR player. He was talking in his mic to the ref, but nothing more was done. It was a deliberate shove and they player kinda waved his arms at his afterwards. Tosser.
  2. Liam Walsh - Now confirmed signed (merged)

And that is the big concern.
  3. Joe Bryan and that last ditch tackle!

@lenred we said this at the time.
  4. Johnson would prefer to beat QPR than Manchester

Sorry but this isn't true. After 23 games of the 2014-2015 season we were on 48 points, 14 wins and 6 draws. Win on Saturday we will be on 46 points, 13 wins and 7 draws...still very impressive though.
  5. New Arena

No they are all rented out. Staples closed recently, but a new food shop has opened.
  6. Bailey Wright - Suspended for 2 matches

Oumar Niasse charged with diving... http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/42066734
  7. Yeah, I'm the same. Lend my ticket to friends if I cannot attend. Had a wedding at the weekend, lent mine and my son's tickets to friends. Was gutted to be missing the game, wasn't so sad after the result. Took no money from them, just glad that two people who otherwise couldn't have gone, got to see the City play.
  8. I'd imagine if the club got wind of anyone selling their seat at inflated prices, that they could strip you of your season ticket or membership. Is it worth the risk?
  9. Keep up the long titles, they're brilliant, and you'll never get a complaint from a fellow otiber that they thought the thread was about something else.
  10. derby v hull worth a watch on friday night?

Watched the game tonight, and i agree that Derby played well, but imho Hull's defence was shocking. They will not get that space next week, it will be a lot closer. They were nothing special, more that Hull were awful.
  11. Unexpected city bonuses

Not a surprise, more disappointment. I arrived about 2 minutes late for a game, think it was Bradford. It was before the electronic scoreboard above the Eastend. I was happy with the 1 nil win, until reading the paper the following day to see that they had scored almost from the kick-off and it was actually a draw.
  12. Lights on at the Gate tonight

Now that makes sense...not quite as exciting though. Thanks Dolly, fun spoilt
  13. As someone that lives nearby, and with a grand view of the beauty that is AG, I have just noticed that they have the floodlights turned on; not something they tend to do without a game. Would it be wrong of me to put 2 and 2 together, and suggest that maybe we will be soon seeing a new signing announced, parading his new City shirt in front of a floodlit Ashton Gate pitch? or was there a youth game, or maybe rugby training session, and I'm just getting to excited about all these rumours.
  14. Could it be two new forwards ?

Bloody hell, what fantastic positivity. It's the start of the season. Be excited, I am, well until 5.45 on Sat eve.
  15. The pitch IS narrower...

Pulis used to have the pitch narrower at Stoke, to help with Delaps long throws.
