  1. I remember us having a game called off at Grimsby about 10 years ago, we were at Sheffield on the train when we heard the news.... Cheers for that
  2. That’s no age R.I.P Junior.
  3. Simez

I suppose coming whilst everyone was in bed was for the best (for them)
  4. Simez

Remember when some of them came to the Gate when there was no game on to unravel that big green flag and then give it large.... I’m sure I’ve got the picture saved on an old hard drive somewhere.
  5. I believe Jay and his brother both started out at Luton, that sort of rings bells. I don’t think his brother played to any great level in comparison.
  6. Not liking that one little bit.
  7. That might be the official number of Sunderland fans but I know through a Sunderland fan I work with that the Mackems were buying tickets in the home end because of the paltry amount of tickets they were given.
  8. I'd take Mark Warburton at this moment in time, still out of work since Forest.
  9. Pearson manages (King Power owned) Belgian second division club OH Leuven.
  10. Always a pleasure turning the scummers over! Even better when fatty doesn’t get a sniff.
  11. Southampton- come to the Gate signing ‘Shit ground, no fans’. It’s like they can’t rememeber what the Dell was like. They sing at each other from stand to stand at St.Marys, what they hell’s that all about. Also that whole coming round our neck of the woods scooping up players. I used to see their academy van driving around Clevedon. QPR- Billy Big Bollocks fans, shit ground, Gash connection, fpi. Forest/ Villa- living in the past. Spurs- Obsessed with Arsenal like the Gash are with us. Far too many shite spouting Spurs fans that I know that don’t even go.....
  12. If anyone’s coming up by train, you might be coming up with the squad. I’ve just seen the Peter Carol coach reversing down the road outside of Paddington Station. Seems strange to pay for rail travel when the coach is coming from Bristol just to take them across London.
