  1. Really enjoyed listening to this, thank you DQ
  2. Tinkerman is at it again. Paterson for Palmer? Don’t get it DQ
  3. Thoroughly agree. Been saying that for ages. It should give us advantage the majority of times not loss of possession. DQ
  4. This is the usual route, think it must have been a new driver. The queues were bigger than usual yesterday. There were 2 buses in at 125 pm and they filled up and departed and we had to wait for the third before we could get on. I think the promise of more frequent buses meant a fair few extra supporters gave it a try. DQ
  5. So pleased to see this, great job!
  6. Thanks for the info. I waited and bought the tickets when they opened a block upstairs. As for changing seats, I assume that’s for season card holders and not one off purchases for friends. DQ
  7. I tried to buy tickets for the Ipswich game for friends coming from Canada. Was told that the upper tier may come on sale but not until the more had been sold. When I asked if I could swap them later if I bought some of the remaining ones, was told a definite "No". Hope this helps DQ
  8. Can I add my agreement re the poor lower lansdown sound as well. Can’t understand any of the interviews, sound is distorted to the point you can’t even guess at what is being said. For example whatever was said in the interview at half time was a total mystery. It earned applause from the south stand who obviously could hear and understand and when I asked those around me if they had heard what is was for they also said they couldn’t understand a word of it either and haven’t all season. Its good to know investigations to resolve are ongoing. Surely this problem could be construed to a certain extent as a health and safety issue as instructions to say evacuate the stadium in an emergency would not be heard and understood and should therefore be given some priority to resolve. There is a difference between sound distortion and not understanding a word of it. DQ
  9. The bus time table taken from the BCFC Matchday posting shows buses every 30 minutes, 20 past the hour and 10 to the hour which is much more realistic than every 20 minutes as the bus could not do the trip there and back to pick up the next lot of passengers in 40 minutes. However, the timetable is only as good as the traffic allows it to be. An extra bus there and back would go someway to resolving this. There are quite a few elderly passengers who find it difficult to stand in a queue for such a long period. The game prior to this that I attended was equally poor. At the P & R in time for the 120 bus. Joined the queue, waited until 220 and got to the ground with 5 mins to spare. Not everyone wants to spend 2+ hours at the ground prior to kick off. DQ
  10. Agree with this. Couldn't get on the 120 waited until 2 pm. Bus was rammed and there were still people who couldn't get on. Managed the second bus back as first was full. When it works its great, when it doesn't its awful. Perhaps they need an extra bus going to and coming from the ground. Its popularity and convenience will decrease if the service isn't there. DQ
