  1. ‘Londoner’ has quite literally created a monster here with this thread
  2. If he starts making City games kick off at 12:30pm on a Saturday or 4pm on a Sunday. He can forget it.
  3. Would throw a serious spanner in the works as far as this summer is concerned if LJ accepts the move now
  4. Doney is known to be strong and physical on the pitch. But he is only 6’0 Emgvall however .....
  5. Joe Bryan’s goal vs Crystal Palace will stay with me for a long time. Absolutely splendid goal no matter where the camera angle is. Going quite a way back, does anyone remember Luke Wilkshire’s 40 yarder vs Tranmere ?
  6. Shouldn’t fear anyone in this league anymore. Home or away
  7. Real shame. The first player i’v seen in a city shirt who was younger than me, random thing to remember but always followed his career because of that.
  8. Don’t know, Where’s Rachel Riley when you need her the most.
  9. I remember late last season being very encouraged by Đurić and Matty Taylor up front. I certainly wouldn’t complain if they was the starting two against Sunderland. Especially now Diedhiou is injured and Reid apparently has a knock.
  10. I watched some championship prediction videos on YouTube a few days ago. You will be amazed at the amount of people saying the 'loss' of Tammy Abraham means we will be flirting with the bottom 3 again and .. err... that's pretty much it. Some chucking in the sale of Lee Tomlin as well to affect us but if anything, he was a main cause for us being outside the relegation zones in the first place last season.
  11. may I have a stab at Les Ferdinand for the bottom question.
  12. him and Assombalongo (?) was by a country mile the best strike-force i'v seen at Ashton Gate in recent years, and I include championship strikers in that. If he can get the best out of JET and Baldock, then this could be a shrewd signing by Cotts. Must be something in him for P'Boro to pay over a million.
