Cheers, yes I called the office and it is what you said, they take all uncollected tickets with them for collection at Cardiff, assume that applies to all away games but didn't ask that. I picked mine up from the shop yesterday.

I selected the collection option when I bought on last Thursday, does anyone know if I need to collect from city ticket office or will this be available to collect at Cardiff?

I.e. not through the club, bought from someone. I paid 24 then they asked for an extra tenner, which I didnt pay of course, for a name change, at that point realised I've been done

I've been scammed, never trust but I did this morning for some reason, got caught out. damn. I paid the 24 but then they wanted an extra 10 for a name change.

Yep I know, thanks, I've bought many myself so thought it sounded dodgy.. It was a normal arrangement paid the ticket fee and now not releasing as wants an extra 10 to change the name. arrggh. damm

I'm trying to buy a Cardiff ticket privately but apparently it costs £10 to get the name changed on the ticket. Is that necessary? I dont see it is? or am I being scammed.
