I can’t believe no one picked up Ian completely changing his position on Manning. Without Neil, Tom and @Davefevs on there, he really does get free reign. @headhunter could you ask Ian what happened to his mate Brian coming on the podcast? He was quite happy to put down Gavin Marshall for telling him he would come in but not following through.

Oh, **** off, City.

Discontent between whom, Dave? Discontent between whom, Dave?
-
I’m sure Lez can answer that one…
-
Exactly. Take the emotion out of the players, then don’t expect the fans to get emotional and make noise. Liverpool winning in Istanbul is a perfect example of emotion winning you the game.
-
What do you expect? This’ll be a question in the quiz held during the official 20 year anniversary dinner.
-
He’ll be a great pub quiz answer in 20 years time. ’what is the name of the loanee who came on to help secure our historic 3-0 victory against Southampton in 2024?’

I’m sure it’s no coincidence that when our @JerrySLO breaks his three month posting absence, it’s when they want our money. Currently 12 questions unanswered in his own section, discounting the ones that @phantom has answered for him.

The answer to lots of these weird things the club have done for about a year now. They hide, bullshit, twist, spin and downright lie to the fans. You only have to go back to the fans forums and see Tinnion, arms folded, eye rolling and sighing to know what he thinks about the fan base.

I’d run through a brick wall for that guy. Absolutely pisses all over the theory football games should be over emotional.

It was an absolute nonsense question. I think @TomSutton touched on it. It would be almost impossible to have champions level home form playing that badly. He also didn’t mention the away form. If you play that badly away, you’re more likely to lose more. It also ridiculous to think playing that badly was some sort of clever game plan we executed perfectly to grind out a result. Whatever the game plan was, we failed, we were awful, we were lucky to win.

30 years, eh? He is conveniently forgetting being sacked for being incompetent and having 7/8 years away from the club.

Taylor Gardner-Hickman what is he good at?

He’s trying good at taking 3-4 touches, when 1 would do, before releasing the ball. -

Who would have guess playing our best attacking player in the right position might make things look better? -

I’d celebrate if he scored and it meant the end of Manning. -

‘He’s (Twine) is available for a few minutes’ You just know he’s gonna come on if we are losing then be out for the rest of the season. -
I would have a wry smile if Nige comes in and donates a figure that dwarfs the Lansdown’s donation
-
The trouble is, do the Lansdown then give the same amount of money to another employee who needs help? Eg a tea lady who’s worked there for 20 years.

Wasn’t there some rumours that Cook had some personal issues? That being the reason why he quickly dropped down the leagues after the Ipswich job.
-
Thanks and @Simez. A CB would have been nice. However, as we all know, the Scott ‘replacement’ was the priority. We could have done both with the money.
-
Do you know who the CB was?
