BCFC looking for social media exec

Working for a football club in a similar Social Media\Design role is the dream job for me. But as people have said, it's not as well paid as other sectors, with more unsociable hours as well.

    Derby Kings

Can't believe how little West Ham and Millwall have played each other, shows that the rivalry is much more off the pitch than on it!

Always had a soft spot for Sweden after going out there for our pre-season tour to Gothenburg. Met Tommy and he and his mate gave us a lift to the second game against Helsingborgs.

Smith against Man U or Dier penalty?

    Korey... Was more unexpected

    John Atyeo statue

Probably because we didn't score, so therefore all the beer got drunk instead of being chucked all over people! Don't know if it's just because I'm in London for this tournament but it's been really hard to find a decent place to watch the games. It seems like anywhere with a good atmosphere also means getting drenched in beer every goal celebration or being packed in like sardines with no hope of getting to a bar.

Home shirt just announced (Many merges)

That sponsor has been photoshopped on, so must be a last min job after photos had been taken.

    Kit Production

I believe that the deals only become value for money for teams higher up. I think the problem with the Adidas deal was that Adidas had a very large minimum order, so City would have to order the whole season's stock at once and hope it was enough, risking having lots of leftover stock. Having in-house means they have total control over everything.

Think this is the closest you'll get to plain...
  9. That badge doesn’t look like it’s sewn onto the kit though. It doesn’t look right to me.

New Shirt Sponsor to be announced

At least their logo isn't as bad as some of the betting companies out there!

Bristol Bears - Rebrand ! (Merged)

Looks like the same badge, so presuming this is real.

who recalls when the Dolman stand "moved "

Wasn’t the last min equaliser against West Brom one? Bradley Orr scored and we were top of the league. Think that was one of the games that led to Chelsea Dagger not being played anymore.

Life span of a first team coach

I don't know why I thought this was a thread about the Man City team bus/coach getting mobbed on the way into Anfield....

    Garry Monk

I love how he always says "these guys" instead of trying to pronounce his name!
