  1. Therein lies the reason why we are stuck with Boro and Derby vying for the last play off spot. Home form usually either keeps you relatively safe but if you can marry it to decent away form you are in with a shout of top 6.Whilst we are still in with a shout with 3 games left to play shows how good our away form really is.
  2. Sadly it seems we tend to get these dips in form just as we find ourselves in a great position. If only we could have got our home form sorted out we would now be looking at who we might get in the play-offs but then I suppose all the teams around us probably have the same "If only's" as us.
  3. We play much better against teams that attack us but if they just sit back and pack the midfield we usually struggle. We need the early goal Saturday and go for it like we did against WBA so they have to open up.
  4. Forget the bloody other teams....if we want the play-offs we have to earn them not keep relying on others to do our jobs for us.
  5. Annoying thing is we've had some decent chances but just not taking them.
  6. About 25 minutes too late for Pack I'm afraid. Not at it again today.
  7. I thought he was decent as well @Davefevs Also felt he was unlucky to lose his place for the next game.
  8. No they wouldn't. Korey's foot was shoulder high at impact and the Reading players was no more than waist high. Korey wasn't lucky because he ended up worse off and the other lad thankfully only had a split lip but it could have been a lot worse than it was.......
  9. That's why I said it was my opinion I thought he was woeful as a wing back cos he isn't a good defender. He had all the space in the world at times but wasted almost every one of them. Weimann made plenty of runs but was rarely used.
  10. If you stop the video at 8 seconds in you will see it not only looks bad but is bad. Korey's foot is almost shoulder high and the Reading players foot is nowhere near as high as he is falling backwards.
  11. Nail on the head mate. Promotion form away from home and mid to lower form at home.
  12. O'Leary....................7.....Maturing with every game. Hunt........................4....Struggled from the start and crossing was woeful. Kalas......................7.....Steady throughout and some quality defending. Webster.................6......Not as commanding as usual but solid. Wright...................6......Did a decent job when he was on. DaSilva..................7....Played well but his final ball wasn't the best. Pack.....................5.....Running in treacle from the start and his passing was poor. Brownhill.............5......If not for his goal wouldn't have known he was playing. Smith..................5.....So unlucky with injury again but could tell he'd been out for a while Weimann............6....Just never stops running and making space for players, unlucky to come off. Diedhiou.............5.....Service to him today wasn't great but his first touch was poor. Walsh.................6...Always looking to play on the front foot and thought he did ok after a long time out. Eliasson............6... For that one cross alone, would liked him to have started today. Taylor...............4....Waste of a last sub we didn't need a chaser we needed someone to unlock their defence.
  13. I know their player slipped...but he was lucky he only had a split lip .Korey's foot was very high and he was lucky...................sorry but to me a straight red even if it wasn't malicious.
  14. I get your point mate re the number of crosses he put in........but really, they were worse than awful,he looked like a Sunday league player who had turned up to play straight from a night on the lash. He was worse than bloody awful, you could tell by the fact that Reading gave him acres of space all game.
