  1. Derby County look about on the same level as City neither would do much in the playoffs QPR aren't in any trouble watching the match stream.
  2. No contest f##k off Villa Leeds as a city is far better than that midland cess pit the above players are legends at both clubs Also the King Bob super Bobby Taylor came from Leeds Utd along with the great Jimmy Mann over 230 games for City.
  3. Switched off again a real sucker punch goal nobody moved even with so many city players in the area.
  4. That's just a sample of their inflated ego from the Heroes and Villains forum
  5. Re: Aston Villa v Bristol City post-match thread « Reply #214 on: Today at 11:34:10 AM » When I’ve come across Bristol City fans on my travels I have found them in the main to be fine, just harmless bumpkins with a strange inferiority complex toward, of all people, Cardiff. Maybe bringing more than a few hundred slack jawed, straw chewing simpletons on an away trip has given them delusions of grandeur? I’d imagine that if we were looking for opinions on what a 40k+ crowd should sound like, they wouldn’t be near the top of the list.
  6. Villa won aided by a dodgy penalty maybe but 1 shot on target for City 11 for Villa tells its own story you can hardly say the world is against City going up, Derby County ,Leeds Utd,Villa,Forest,WBA they are always going to be media friendly luvies,Bristol City are outsiders looking to tag on Cardiff City style and get to the Prem but its all Wolves this Nuno that the great Wolves of the 50's & 60's . Cardiff City are good for a Warnock meltdown and the odd plucky win Bristol City would fit the plucky new boys done good if we ever get to the Prem we will never be regarded as a Villa.
  7. Because they always have a quality side big players missing today and they are still winning
  8. Almost Maradona vs England like first goal just went through Wet Spam how any player can do that surrounded by so many defenders is amazing, seems to be a bit of the Jose Mourinho flash back problem with him and Mr Motivator Sarri
  9. Went to that match crawled along the M5 coming into Brum always think of that game when around that area been to the Hawthorns a few times since but nothing like the feeling of seeing Gerry Sweeney put the ball in the net to win the match, don't know how Albion didn't score as it ping ponged around the goal hitting the post hacked off the line ect made the recent 0-1 Boro win look like a stroll in the park. COYR
  10. HA ####ing Ha up yours Wolves.
  11. Having a decent fully fit keeper would help losing Korey Smith and a revitalised Weinmann added to the problem but this negative mindset to opening up on the front foot happens time after time, Man City played poorly yesterday but got behind Brightons defence with a blinding pin point cross right at the start 1-0 which left a poorer side chasing the match. The slow plodding first half home displays with City players spending more time in their own half than creating problems by pushing forward is so predictable, Ipswich Town have been better than their results and although 1-1 was disappointing it wasn't as gutting as letting Wigan who are appalling away from home off the hook.Snatched miss hit and scuffed shots happen but certain players in red couldn't hit a brick wall Taylor takes flak for not scoring enough and being slow but on as a sub he makes a difference a lot of time, next season will need a new keeper and not some cast off reserve or out of contract freebie you build from the back.
  12. Come on City marvellous what some positive attacking tactics can achieve Plenty of time to turn this round
  13. Shaun Taylor would go through a brick wall for City at that time he was a major driving force would pick the whole team up with his never give up energy and if he went down and stayed down you knew it was serious, have fonder memories of him than even Flint.
  14. Well done the City new Boro badge design with Pulis in mind
