I think a lot of teams stadiums and crowds have changed over the years and are much quieter but in the 70s you had people in ends who would lead the singing continually. I see many people in the Lansdown who sit with their arms folded and quiet for 90 minutes unless there’s something on the pitch that sparks them . The audience has changed now maybe just a sign of the times . I myself could never sit in silence watching a game of football .

I personally had a major issue with a steward on Saturday. I have contacted qpr and asked them to check CCTV cameras and the incident. I've also sent a complaint to the metropolitan police. Can any of you supporters Tell me Is it normal practice now for stewards to demand your wallet? And then to rifle through it. Because i've never seen that in attending football in this country and abroad for over fifty five years. And when with a fellow city fan witness, we went to a Metropolitan Police officer. His view was if I didn't like it. Don't go in, but after spending 100 pounds on a match ticket and train ticket. That wasn't an option. I have been to this ground many times but we'll never go again. When are a lot of you going to wake up, we are and never will go anywhere under sl and jl, if you are ok with bottom end of championship or top 8 of league 1 then ok. Because that is all you may get, No team has gone up paying peanuts for wages and transfers . And just because he has paid tax bills, built a stadium , going to build a basket ball arena, hotel, car park, new houses in long ashton for his benefit not ours, dose not mean he can run a football club successfully, and think about all the transfer fees he has took in and spent **** all...On the plus side i won £500 on bet that both us and gas manager sacked with in 1 week of each other....oh plus alot of cider from a gas head in our local last night.....and how come alot of city fans who came back yesterday already know he was gone... I recall when hirerite Sponsored the city Rovers game think it ended up 3 all, Free bar, meal tour of ground etc, I didn’t do the tour, sat at the back of the William stand only thing was there was a few Rovers fans in with the sponsors ! They soon wised up, Anyway ended up in the boardroom about 8 o’clock at night me Terry Cooper Roger Malone and a chairman might have been Leslie kewe not too sure .
