    New Kit - Here!

Me neither, Fordy, but I do like it I'm getting me one of those tracky tops that Watkins was modelling last week, really liked that. And a little more forgiving than these football shirts nowadays. I'm afraid curry, alcohol and the love of a good woman has done me no good at all around the old midships

    The Punisher on Netflix

As we're talking about Netflix - The Staircase is well worth a watch. Mrs Woodsy and I thoroughly enjoyed that
  4. Ah, Munster - we meet again! Looking forward to that one already, always a pleasure to welcome your lot. Just hoping for a nicer outcome this time around!

Unfortunately, with the way twitter works if enough people you follow 'like' or comment then twitter will make you aware of it even if you don't follow JL. Guess you can turn it off, but can be handy sometimes

I do find it an odd way for someone in his situation to be acting If it wasn't his Dad who signed the cheques I suspect that something would've been said to that employee by now. I do enjoy his interacting with the fan base, but this is getting a little boring now As for Thursday being kit release day, has that been confirmed? I think that Tomarse (maybe) suggested as it's fixture release day, but has anyone confirmed it? Not that I'll be buying a shirt, but you can put me down for one of those Robin badge tracky tops that Watkins was wearing on Friday (insert hearts for eyes emoji here)
  7. Always remember one episode, it was a chap mowing some grass in hotel grounds. Real toughie, even Dad couldn't work it out. Straight back to Bill Beaumont's team and one of the guests got it within a millisecond. Stunned amazement in the audience and from Coleman, thinking it was one that no one could get. The guest, I forget who it is, then gets them to replay the video....he was staying in the same hotel and was watching it being filmed from a window As for kits, love that Brentford effort. Always loved the Coventry 70s brown kit, bet they shift a few of them

    Thoughts with Scott Murray

Done the same, 27 years ago, for my Dad. I was only 18, played the hard man for Mum and my older brother who took it way worse than me Mention him now I'm a mess. Had a son in January, his middle name is my Dad's name - every time I see those names I written down I well up. It's things like tonight when I sit down with Alfie and watch his first WC game that I'll think of Dad and wish he could be watching it with his Grandson. No doubt well up then as well. It never goes away Saw what Scotty had posted this morning, gutted for him and to happen on Fathers Day, a double whammy. If you see this Scotty, one thing I can assure you of is you certainly done your Dad proud. I hope that your Dad got to spend some time in Bristol and find out how much we have taken you to our hearts. Who could fail to be proud when they see something like that?

Tunisia v England Match Thread (Merged)

I'll settle for a scrappy 1-0 win Tournament looks as wide open as any I can remember in a long time, imagine if we win 4-0 tonight. Some of our lot are going to be unbearable! Get in, get it done, then don't **** up against Panama. Not overly keen on Belgium, we can beat them. Then it's pot luck, moment of magic, a slip - who knows
  10. Has he seen the new shirt? You need to confirm look, which kit has which badge and length of contract before I even contemplate believing one word of this
  11. I hear you, MM Have Swindon ever used a robin for their badge? I don't remember one in my time? I quite like what Cheltenham done with their badge 10 years or so ago
  12. Absolute key point in all of this, Ole UNIQUE, not another generic, boring coat of arms. That badge screams 'Bristol City' at me, I'd even remove the wording
  13. That's the reason it looks so ******* cool Everything was cooler in the 80s, fact. Don't even @ me
  14. As I remember, a slight favouring of the robin, but it wasn't a landslide (as you can see from the reaction on here) I'm sure someone else on here will remember and be able to correct me as needed Edit - @WRERE has done the hard work for me!
  15. Wolves and Derby are up there with the best. You know instantly who it is. With ours you have to squint and work through Burnley, Bury, Huddersfield etc before realising (if you can) it's us. Even that horrible ******* pirate is obvious it's the Few JL done a twitter poll 6 - 8 months ago. Does that count?
