  1. 442 doesn’t give enough creativity through the middle and relies on the wingers. I prefer 3 at the back with wing backs. This way you can get the extra player in the centre and the setup can be more dynamic
  2. Agree totally. Was saying to a friend the other day that Hughton would be my choice if lee left. Agree with peoples point about his tactics, but on the flip side I’ve witnessed the best football City has played during my 25 years as a fan. I can understand peoples reasons for wanting a change but personally I’d like to see him have till end of season to turn it around. the fact we are a streaky team is irrelevant in my eyes. We are in 8th place and 1 point off playoffs after losing our best striker to injury and having his best players sold for the last 2 seasons. If you want to be pedantic you could blame the board for not holding on to best players and splashing cash to keep them. johnson probably feels hard done by

  4. Didn’t think investment for shares was added towards ffp any more?
  5. Can’t see how this is anything apart from Steve lansdown. Any investment from outside of the club surely would be for shares but as revenue from advertising transfers etc
  6. I was thinking about that window....I thought this one trumped it due to higher level of signings.
  7. Easily the best transfer window....the players we have signed is a mix of proven class but also still have potential to improve and also some hot prospects we shouldn’t even be in the running for. We’ve made a ridiculous amount of profit on players sold which Ashton should be given a knighthood for....I think we all would of like that striker. But sometimes things don’t go to plan. The Eddie deal was months of effort that almost worked but sadly things happened which they had no control of.. some of of the negative comments online from city fans have been cringeworthy and reminds you how lucky you are that you didn’t grow up to be like them .
  8. I know mate that’s my original point.
  9. Funny how he’s good enough for champions league but only 3 appearances in Ligue 1 totalling 58 mins
  10. He’s our best player when fit and in form. Adam Nagy is a carbon copy....dare I say even better...just hope rumours are true
  11. Massengo for me will need a season to adjust to the championship and improving his game. Have a feeling after watching his YouTube vids that he will get the crowd on there feet but then also frustrate. He’s still very young and I have no doubts he will be a star. Love to be proven wrong and he comes in and is undroppable, but from the little I saw my opinion was wow he’s gonna be a player in years to come. Think he will come on towards end of games and start cup matches and when others get injured or under perform....I know it sounds negative but honestly it’s not.
  12. If this happens he’d be our best midfielder and he is so the type of player we need in cm. work rate, tackles, pushes forward with the ball and can manoeuvre in tight spaces.
  13. Never heard about the gas trying to get the gate. What’s the story behind this ?
