  1. Bet he never scores a hat trick against Eswatini!
  2. That's it then. Both our guys subbed.
  3. What I liked is that he kept it simple, but moved the ball quickly - and usually FORWARD. It helped to have Wilson, James, Bale and Ramsey to find but I can't remember a bad pass all night. He also picked up a lot of clearances and loose balls, as well as stopping attacks.
  4. Morrell starts, Williams on bench.
  5. Interesting to see a thread in 2003 called "Kick Racism Out Thingy". Plus ca change and all that. https://www.otib.co.uk/index.php?/topic/76-kick-racism-out-thingy-on-saturday/
  6. Thing about Flint is that the majority of his goals were with his feet, not his head, including all three against Walsall. I remember one (don't remember where) he put a side foot volley in the far corner as well as any top striker. He even got a tap-in against Man City. He just doesn't look like doing any of that now. To me, he just didn't look happy. Whatever he had here, it's gone.
  7. Pitch invasion at Walsall. No sign of our friends the WMP.

    Aaargh!

Holloway and Pulis both on Quest tonight.
  9. Same place but apparently rebuilt some years ago when half the old ground was sold to Sainsbury's. No sign of Millwall there tonight?
  10. OS says he has been called up to train with England u-17s. Can't say I've ever heard his name mentioned. Says he has been at the Academy since he was 7. Anyone have any more knowledge on him?
  11. All Weimann needs to do is keep his trap shut. I've never seen such a player for arguing with referees.
  12. On the few occasions we took the game to them, they looked weak at the back. I stead we sat back, didn't keep the ball , let them come at us. Should have that sewn up by 70 minutes.
  13. Jannah got a run out for the last half hour.
