  1. Similarly, I well remember being blown away by Nicky Maynard, when we played Crewe one year. I remember thinking 'if only we had a player like that!' And then we did!
  2. Very insightful press conference. Some fans seem to think Lee just blathers and cliches his way through interviews. On the other hand, many fans, including myself, think he is an excellent manager/coach who treats his players well. Like his dad, he uses humour a lot in his interviews. What's not to like about that? I thought this was an example of Lee at his best, answering questions thoughtfully and respectfully. If he carries on like that I would love him to beat Alan Dick's record as a manager. In Johnson I trust!
  3. So a vegan fan who wants food not tainted by cruelty and torture, but is unable to at the vast majority of grounds, has not also been forced by other's beliefs?
  4. Don't agree. The future is vegan; otherwise we won't have a planet!
  5. Great news! As a vegan myself, Forest Green are definitely my second club. I went to see them during an international break last year, and will do so again whenever I can. Though I can't quite get myself to chant "Up the Rovers!
  6. Didn't we have a goalie , I think on loan, called something like 'Vykstra' years ago. I remember he was forgettable.
  7. I've just taken a look at the Cardiff forum. It is dreadful! Tacky and tasteless! I check out all of the forums prior to a match, and ours far outshines anybody else's.
  8. Wasn't there an horrific injury to a Coventry player called something like 'Buscht', some time ago, when his bone stuck out of the side of his leg? Truly shocking...
  9. Good news indeed. Great to have someone in defence with his undoubted experience influencing the youngsters. Long may he continue!....
  10. That's good information, much obliged....
  11. As it's on a Friday evening, does anyone know if Robins TV are making the match available to watch. I can't find any mention on the link.
