  1. i agree, i think weve done well selling reid for £10m, really do. Is he really worth £10m, based on ONE season? He may well be, but i dont think he will, IMO.
  2. i thought you were gonna say youve seen him filling his Bugatti Veyron up in Sainsburys on Winterstoke Rd then!!!!!!
  3. hes only had one season in this role and I dont think hes a proven goalscorer at all, not yet. 2 seasons and scoring 20 goals then maybe, but not 1 season, IMO. £10m for Bobby Reid is great business....who would ever have thought Reid would be worth £10m, he couldn't even hold a place down the season before. In my opinion a good bit of business, i think he'll flop in the Prem...good luck to him, but i do feel he was a one season wonder and i dont think hed have achieved the same next season
  4. £10m.......id say we did alright there. Hes done a good shift for city, but i dont think hes a premiership player and i would say he'll struggle to score....maybe not, but for £10m, id have done exactly what city have done
  5. sorry if its been discussed elsewhere, which 'm sure it has, but anyway!! I don't often post on here, but always read certain posts and i don't get down to Ashton Gate every week because i'm what you lot call an "egg chaser" coach, but i always watch for the result. With the club on such a good run, what players if any do we bring in to strengthen without upsetting the dressing room....ie not a seemingly Lee Tomlin character. Would be good for Lansdown to splash the cash, but for me its ensuring the player is a character that'll buy into the morale at the club at the minute, which is obviously sky high. Keep up the good work Lee and team, always glad to see him retained after last year and silence his doubters. COYR
