Not sure Tanner is young enough for YPOTS? He's 24. Probably Dickie. Pring or Knight in 2nd. Suppose Knight could be YPOTS if the cut off is 24. Could also look at Bell or Gardner-Hickman for YPOTS, it's very slim pickings though isn't it...

Well I imagine the wages and our undoubtedly good facilities probably helped. I went to university in Derby and no one in their right mind is arguing that Bristol is way nicer. Bird is a good player, we should be excited to see him play next season.

He's the polar opposite of Pearson. The fans bought into Pearson because he spoke sense. His press conferences were like speaking to your knowledgeable mate at the pub. We could all understand and see what he was trying to do with the team and the club. No clichés, no 'coaching' speak. Manning is the opposite, its really sad that it's got to this.

He seems to have potential. His decision making is often very poor though, possibly due to him coming into the game late? I imagine with the right coaching he could become a decent player at this level.

Surely LJ and Manning getting angry would be funny to the players rather than intimidating or motivating? They're hardly Pearson are they... Not exactly blokes you'd be scared of.
