  1. I posted this over the last couple of years. @mozo It shows the year on year improvements. The team is currently not playing that well but keeping to point rolling in. If we can get players back fit and spend well in January you never know where it can take us!
  2. If you were to post on YouTube you would breach the FA Safeguarding policy. Your son's Club and team would get into trouble for it. Also if you are going to film a match please ensure that you ask the opposing team as again you would being going against Safeguarding policy. The FA are happy for you to film it just ensure that everybody is happy for you to do it.
  3. We all loved the team that got us to the Championship but we need to improve to progress! Time will tell if this current team will take us to the promised land but let’s buckle in and enjoy the ride!!!
  4. I have got to salute Taylor Moore as he has worked his ass off away from the club to get better. At the time it was a big fee for an England U19 Captain! He work rate away from the club as got him to where he is today. He could have sat on the bench at the club but instead wanted to go out on load to improve himself. Through his his hard work the club will get his money back and if he continues make a large profit Well done!!
  5. I blame Webb-Ellis!!!
  6. Just a small thing the Football club does not own the ground!
  7. If the fee is £7m that’s nearly 19 Andy Tilson’s!!!
  8. They did not target DaSilva as that is their normal tactic. Lee Johnson did his Pro licence with the Wolves manager and commented on this!
  9. I think most players at the club have a price but for me if we are going for it this coming season we MUST keep him. Best addition to a City back line since Shaun Taylor.
  10. Being a tier 1 Academy does come at a large extra cost most of which is due to staffing levels. The advantage is in that you can approach lower level Academy players about moving to your club with a preset fixed compensation fee to be paid! Also for a tier 1 you need set facilities of which we don't have and even with the improvement at the training ground we shall still be short of the requirement.
  11. I luckey meet with Nigel Adkin at a football conference a couple of years ago. He came across as a good guy and if it fell right (us wanting a manager and him being available) the type of manager that could do will here. He likes to promote young player, plays a good style of football and want to progress the clubs he works at. I don't think Hull will be progressing forward this coming season so that could be why he jumped ship.
  12. @Shtanley, Well done great interview. I have had the chance to speak to Brian a number of times. The work he is doing in invaluable to the club, it's the right policy to get the young players out playing Adult football. If they don't make the standard at the club we are now moving them on for a fee with a good sale on clause that may bring in more money in the future. Through Brian's comments you can hear his love of the club. In his heart we are second to his beloved Newcastle. The club is moving forward and it should be attractive for players to come into.
  13. Nothing wrong with Barton hill. Like most places has had its issues!
  14. I hope the squad has some balance. We have a young team may be Albert could be the experience voice we need in the changing room.
  15. It’s not legislation just a company doing a good job. 18 months ago I walked in to Wembley for a big game and next to no searches were done!
